Jesse and his team did a great job in providing gutter services to our property in Morgan Hill. Communication, whether upon inquiry or throughout the entire project, was prompt, clear and concise. I asked Jesse to repair our downspouts, so that we could add extensions to them. Each downspout was unique. One was clogged with mud. Some pointed straight down. Some had elbows that were too close to the ground. One was inaccessible behind a gas meter, and another was nestled between paving stones.

Jesse was responsive on Yelp and by text message. He showed up on time for the estimate, accommodated my later suggestions by text, and even came a bit early on the repair day. Jesse kept me in the loop as he discovered more about the house (haha) and updated the plan as he went along. He was able to fix and paint each unique downspout. Overall, I was happy with the quality, execution, and price. I would ask Jesse to help on any future gutter needs!

Jesse inspected my roof and gave me helpful information for future maintenance. He repaired and replaced my gutter downspouts. He also replaced and painted a dry rotted board and replaced the shingles. I highly recommend his services. He arrives on time, completed the tasks quoted in a timely manner, and his estimates are reasonable. I will certainly contact him for any future services.

I'm not a roofing expert. As far as I can tell, Jesse and his team do good work. He did deliver on both contracts I signed with him, and his prices were quite reasonable.

But ... he has a tendency to overpromise:
* More than once he's said he'll get ""all"" of the work done tomorrow, and then it'll turn out that he was only able to finish part of it and needed to finish the rest later.
* He came up with a very low off-the-cuff estimate for reroofing my house, then it turned out this skipped a few components he hadn't considered and by the time the contract was put together the price had risen. (The price was still reasonable, just not stupendous.)
* He said his magnet sweep would find ""all"" of the loose roofing nails on the ground, but realistically, no magnet sweep is going to be perfect.
* He'd promise to come over on thus-and-such day to finish installing an agreed-upon gutter guard, but when (completely understandable) personal matters made that impossible he'd forget to call and tell me that he needed to reschedule.

None of these issues were deal-killers.

I contacted Jesse after noticing mold on a bedroom ceiling. He inspected my roof and gave his professional opinion on what parts of the roof needed to be repaired, in the most cost effective way. He put me on the calendar within 2 weeks, then him and his team got started. They sealed potential leaks, replaced plywood on areas where the roof was dipping, fixed the underlayment, reshingled, etc. While they were here, they re-routed 2 downspouts so the water would drain away from my home. Previously, the downspouts were just puddling with no where to drain, but under my home. Overall, we had a great experience working with Jesse and his team. Jesse's kindness and honesty is what sold me on working with his company. Thank you guys so much for getting my roof issues resolved quickly!!

On a foggy day, I noticed water between the gutter & house.

It was a challenge to get anyone to do an estimate since many companies were very busy with either new roofs or repairs from the storms.

I had used Yelp as the communication between companies I contacted.

Long story short, Jesse contacted me & asked if I found someone yet to repair my roof. He was very accommodating with his busy schedule.

I was able to schedule an estimate appt (broken tile & took pictures to get the same tile.
Jesse & David came the next week & changed the tile.

I would use Jesse again for roof/gutter services.

These guys are the best came did a great job and less than originally quoted, spotted/fixed a couple of small holes, also identified how the atmospheric river was creating bubbles under the stucco ! The other thing I like about them is they stand behind their work so offered to come back if there are any issues next winter. By contrast one established roofer who we've worked with before couldn't be bothered to return our calls, another completely mis-diagnosed the problem, wanted more money, no guarantees and it wouldn't have even solved the issue. Highly recommend.
