After the first big rainstorm of the year, I woke up to water coming inside, bubbling the paint and making a mess. I called Crow roofing, and Jesse answered immediately. Since he was already in town, he came by to take a look right then.

He was very personable and understanding. After a quick look inside, he grabbed his ladder and went up to look at the roof/gutters and spotted the likely problem. A gutter above the leaking wall was completely full and water had backed up, pooling, and draining through the wall. He also checked the condition of the roof tiles and let me know their status.

He quoted me a reasonable price for unclogging that one gutter, and got to work. After that gutter was opened, I asked him to walk the perimeter of the house and requested a quote for full gutter cleaning, which he provided and I will be using his services to properly clean the gutters and blow off the roof.

Jesse was awesome. We have a roof that is 8 years old but found water damage in a closet last winter during the rains. After talking to Crow, Jesse was out immediately and located the area water was seeping into up and under an eave. We scheduled repair and he was back out to fix it with new flashing within the week. He also patched up areas of the roof where nail holes had the potential to let in water, and also he cleaned our gutters. All at a great value. I'd highly recommend calling Jesse for any roof issues.

Can't say enough good things about Jesse and his work. Extremely responsive and great communication. He shared photos of the work in progress so that I could see what was going on with the the repairs he was making. The repair work has been solid and no more leaks! And even more, when I discovered another leak in a different part of the gutter I had not been aware of, Jesse was able to come *the next day* to fix that new leak! I can easily recommend Jesse.

Jesse returned a quote request quickly, arrived promptly as scheduled, and did a fantastic job cleaning our gutters. Outstanding service! We had a leak from our roof that needed to be repaired after the heavy rain.
