Crosier fixed the roof at Husband's church and that worked out well, so when our roof started leaking, that's who he asked me to call. I did and a nice gentleman whose name I have forgotten (I'm just horrible with names. I don't know what to tell you.) came out and gave me an estimate. The estimate was in the reasonable to inexpensive range and I set an appointment with them. They managed to get me in within a week. When the nice gentleman showed up, he asked me if I had gotten out the CD that was stuck in my car's player. Yes, I still have CD player in my car and I still play CDs on it. Well, I don't play CDs anymore because there's a CD stuck in the player. As I was telling him I had not, it occurred to me to wonder how he knew about the CD that had gotten stuck just a couple days before. Husband and I had been out in the middle of nowhere when this happened and the only place around was a bait and tackle shop. We stopped there to fiddle with things and eventually found ourselves in need of a pair of plyers. I went into the tackle shop and asked the half dozen people, ""Does anyone have a pair of plyers I can use?"" I do things like that. A nice gentleman told his son, ""Go on out and help her."" He did help me with the plyers, though the plyers did not help with my problem. I thanked the kid and gentleman and then Husband and I were on our way, listening to the radio. Turns out, same nice gentleman. I told you he was nice.
He unobtrusively worked on the roof and went away. I paid Crosier. Everyone was happy. Until it rained. Then the roof leaked. Not nearly as bad as it had, but a little bit. I called. They were extremely apologetic and the nice gentleman was up on my roof the very next day. No fuss, no muss, no charge. And to be fair, a rain storm is really the only way to test the work. It was tested, found wanting and fixed.
I also found the nice lady who handled the phone and billing to be quite pleasant and easy to work with. All around, it was a really good experience. I would use Crosier again, but I am really hoping I don't have to. I'm sure they understand.

Crosier put roof on house I bought for previous owner. Shingles started popping up after 1 year - I have the receipt with date work was done. They sent 'Mike' to fix it. Came home from work and roof looked exactly the same. They then came when I was home and he had caulking gun and glued down about 12 shingles all over roof. Later found out from roofing youtube videos that is not the correct way to fix 'fisheyes'. They should have taken up shingles and hammered down the nail that popped up and perhaps add another nail to the shingle. Had to call again for them to fix more pop ups several months later. Also found on youtube videos that nail guns get old and that causes nails not to be nailed in flush to the roof and that causes them to pop up. At about 1 1/2 year old roof, had to call for shingle standing straight up on roof. Mr. Crosier came himself. Told me tree branch was the cause. Crosier has a 5 year workmanship warranty but he sent me a bill for $75 for reattaching the same shingle to the roof. Took pictures and showed professional carpenter friend that used to have his own construction business. He said if the shingle was torn up it would have been the tree but Crosier used the same shingle because it was in good shape. Somehow it wasn't attached correctly because the finger width sized tree branch picked the shingle up. Called several months later because 3 small shingles on the edge of the roof fell off. 2 employees yelled at me and they absolutely refused to fix their workmanship. Somewhere in this interaction, Crosier sent a letter from his lawyer demanding payment of the $75. Watched an episode of 'This Old House"" and saw them put shingles on the edge of the roof first and then work away from the edge. Crosier's employees seem to have not done this. They glued - did not nail - small, maybe 4 inch wide pieces of shingle to roof to get the edge of the roof covered. They of course fell off after a little more than 1 1/2 years. Crosier REFUSED to fix his employees improper work. Why use this company when there are so many others ? I would have rated this company ZERO stars but Yelp does not give that option.

These guys put a totally defective roof on our new house. We have had nothing but problems since Day 1! Nothing but lies. They say that they 'sub-contracted' the work and that they are not responsible.
They organize there entire business model so that they can't get sued.
They need to be put out of business. Any positive reviews must be written by there familiy!

I paid $800 to have this company diagnose and fix a leaking roof two years ago. I asked them to find the source of the leak and replace the rotting wood. It is now leaking and rotted again in exactly the same spot. Although it is possible that some other problem has developed. I feel suspicious that the repair was not done correctly the first time.
