Very unhappy. I understand warranties have time constraints but lousy work is lousy work regardless of the amount of time that has passed . I purchased a home in 2017 , one of the reasons I purchased the home was because it recently had a new roof and a/c unit installed . Fast forward to this year shingles on the roof just started sliding off which caused water damage in one of the rooms . I had a new company come for an estimate because at first I was unaware that Crosby did the work . The very friendly and knowledgeable technician let me know that the work Crosby did was not done correctly . The nails were punched in the wrong way which created high slip shingles . The whole roof was done this way. I called to see if there was anything that could be done and was told the warranty that would cover any workmanship errors expired after 5 years . .The rep let me know there was nothing they would do . How is this fair ? How would I know the work was bad if the shingles didn't start falling until this year ? There should be no time limit on on if the work was done poorly .The integrity of the roof is poor and I am now more than likely going to need a new roof much sooner than later .I would very much appreciate if the owner could contact me to explain how this is okay. Called for a minor roof leak. Dave came out within 72 hours. I had another well known company stop by to get a quote. They did not even climb on the roof but wanted to remove and replace a large section to repair the leak. The roof is only 3 yrs old. Dave climbed up and said he could correct the issue for 25% of the other companies quote. His plan was to save me money and correct the issue with minor adjustments. Dave stated this should work, but if not and a major repair is needed the cost I already paid for this minor repair would be subtracted from that total. Now that is customer service and I appreciate Dave trying to correct the issue without wanting to remove and replace everything. I highly recommend Crosby.

This company was everything I could have asked for in a roofing company! Salesman was honest, gave a great estimate! The roofers came to the house at 7:30, by 5:30 they were cleaning up and my new roof looked awesome! They left the job clean, and followed up the next day with a quick magnetic sweep for any loose nails! I highly recommend them! Great company!

I have had many roofs done and gutters and never had problems. This company does not follow thru and is not dependable. You never see the boss and hear a great deal of sorrys and apologizes. I would never recommend this company. The employees leave the crap all over - old shingles, nails, wood, garbage like bottles and paper. We called numerous times and had many flat tires on the lawn mower and vehicles. Piles of nails left in the yard - brand new and old nails scattered. They use your electricity because they apparently cant afford a generator to take with them.This is the worst roofing company I have ever dealt with. If you want nothing but headaches and trouble - use this company.

They came out and looked at my roof after being late to the second appointment we made. Said it looked like a problem with the Air gap covers. They told me they would get back to me with an estimate but I haven't heard from them since. Texted back a few time but got nothing.

Crosby roofing company was supposed to call me for an appointment weeks ago but they never did after giving me an estimate. I even text lee Martin and told him i haven't had a call... still no call for an appointment after agreeing to the estimate...Lee Martin from Crosby roofing just came in and looked at the roof and gave me a $695 estimate. Blake from Apex Roofing...when he looked at the roof he went into the attic and on top of the house to do the estimate the estimate was 495. Still waiting on a call from Crosby. Apex roofing rocks!!!!!! Eventually I will need the whole roof done and i will be calling Apex roofing!

I am very disappointed in this company, at this point . I have had them install gutters on my home which was great, and then my brother had them install a roof on my mothers house great again, I called to have them come give me a estimate on gutter guards at my other houses and the guy sent me a quote to replace my roof which in no way needs replacing.

I have contacted Leaf Guard to come and give me and estimate on the gutter guards hopefully they will show and I can get an estimate.

Well, every time I've needed a roofing repair, after calling around, Crosby has been the only company that would actually come out and do repairs. Every time. Others would not even return my calls or would simply not show up after setting up an appointment.

That said, I recently had Crosby replace my roof. $12K.
My gripe was that they tried to increase the price after the roof was put on, despite me having a signed contract and the owner having had 2 months to go over it. I think the price difference ended up coming out of the salesperson's pocket, but I was not going to pay more.

Overall, I'm pleased with the job they did. After watching a different roofing company putting a roof on a new construction house down the street, I can really see that Crosby did a good job for me.

I do recommend them.
