Late review. Last year in during one of the storms, found our downspout came disconnected from the gutter. This caused a huge amount of noise as the water just dropped straight down on top of a metal shed. They were able to come out during a break in the weather and make the repairs in less than 30min. Would highly recommend based on how quickly they replied, showed up and finished the work. Fairly priced as well!

Excellent experience working with Cris Maintenance. He knew exactly how to fix the issue with my roof vent. Very competitive price for coming out on a short notice. He came out and fixed the problem within a few hours of calling him. Would definitely recommend and use his services again. Note that he also speaks Spanish which is a plus.

I sent a request for gutter cleaning via yelp on a late Friday night and received the respond right away. Cris maintenance service is very nice. They were able to accommodate weekend service. They arrived early and came prepared. We tell them what we want, then they get to work right away. The gutters were cleaned well. They showed us pictures to let us know what need to be followed up, and cleaned up everything before they left. The price is very fair. I recommend Cris Maintenance for gutter cleaning!

Great experience with Cris Maintenance. I first reached out to get a quote for gutter cleaning and to seal up some edges. The responsiveness was quick and communication was clear. I was quoted what I think was a very fair price especially for the height and size of home. The workers showed up 10 min early and quickly got to work and spent around 3 hours methodically clearing and cleaning the gutters and sealing up edges as we agreed upon. In fact, while on the roof, they noticed two cracked tiles and showed me photos. They'll be coming back to fix those next week at a reasonable price.

They even gave a warranty on the work - though now I need it to rain to test out the clean gutters and sealing. I have no doubts though on their work.

This experience from start to finish is exactly how business should go. Responsive, fair and honest price, great work, good communication, and left the job site spotless.

would absolutely use him again..i have a two story house needed the gutters on upper story cleaned as i am afraid of heights lol..very reasonable priced.. left place clean,very friendly he went above and beyond on what he was suppose to do!!, was here 20 minutes before the time he said he would arrive.very efficent!! i am going to have him come back after winter season and put up covers on all my gutters..hard to find help like him.. highly recommend him!!
