The job is incomplete. Response not received nor returned calls. That's what you get for paying for services up front. I am very disappointed as they were highly recommended and services were not cheap. There was a mess left behind as well.

Doug at CRF Roofing came out to look at a problem we were having with leaks on a flat roof addition. He immediately told us what needed to be done, offered a fair quote and scheduled the job. He is very professional and has been in the business many years. On the day of the job he came out with his crew. He showed us the materials they were using and the guys got started taking the oldroof off and putting on the new one. The crew is very good about doing the best job and cleaning up afterwards. We just had the ultimate test of the roof with several days of pounding rain and everything was dry and perfect! Highly recommend this company.

Ok, first you have to know I am OCD. I have, in the past, worked for NLF customer service construction. I have HIG expectations of my contractor, especially roofing. I contacted Doug Ford on recommendation of a friend who is as picky as me. Doug explains everything in detail. He knows about roofing and is excited to share his knowledge with his customers. The pricing was competitive, his crew polite, accommodating, and cleaned up everyday before leaving. Doug let me know it was a good time for me to take advantage of the dumpster. His crew was happy to load my junk. The roof looks great, passed inspection, and I am a happy camper.
I will not hesitate to call them for further construction jobs.
I HIGHLY recommend them.
Note aside, Doug & his family moved to the SCV in 1969, he grew up here, and as such is a local businessman that has a great reputation.

In Nov. 2014 we had a solar panel system installed by So Cal Solar Inc., and we had the same company remove and retile our roof first. Their two groups did not work together: they installed light-weight tiles, did tremendous amounts of damage to the new tiles, then didn't install replacement tiles correctly. Then they hid this. By March 2016 whole sections of our roof were sliding down out of place, and there were many cracked tiles (not visible from the ground). The original company would not honor their warranty on any repairs. We had an independent roof inspector tell us the whole roof needed to be redone, because many things had been done incorrectly. We tried to get estimates from three big local companies, but because of the solar panels, no one would even give us an estimate. One of these companies recommended Doug Ford with CRF Roofing, so we gave them a call.
Doug came out and gave us an estimate, and we have since had the whole roof redone by them. CRF Roofing did an outstanding job, from beginning to end. They were on time, worked within our time constraints, and worked with us each time we had a question or an issue came up. The attention to detail, whether it was picking out the color of the tile, to the way the new paper was layered almost double, was great! We are not roofers, but felt that the quality of work was exceptional. We would definitely recommend their work.

Such a shame about Adam and Steve's reviews. I have noting but positive things to say about this man and his company. They came out to fix my roof in a timely fashion and for a very affordable price. I haven't had a problem with my roof and he did it over 6 months ago. I have recommended him to all of my friends and family and they have not had a single problem. He is very professional and seems to be very knowledgable about roofing. He was friendly and polite when he came over for an estimate and told me how this has been his passion for the past 35 years.

Great company! Just goes to show, don't believe everything you read. With age comes wisdom right? :)
