I cannot recommend these guys enough or put a price on the peace of mind that they provide. Their customer service and responsiveness is second to none, even long after the work is done and paid for. Thank you to Crest for taking care of my home and family. I never have to worry about being ripped off by a fly-by-night roofing company because I will never call anyone but Crest Exteriors for any roofing or remodeling needs! I would never recommend this company to anyone. The crew who actually replaced our roof was great, quick, and did a good job. The office staff, communication, and owner are complete opposite. 4 months after the job was finished we still had not received an invoice to make payment after countless calls, texts, and our realtor following up as well. Once we received an invoice our mailed check got ""lost"" in the mail. At this point, their only contact with us was an email asking us to call them, which I did and left a voicemail. No return call, but we were served lawyer papers by mail; they were suing us for the payment. In short, we were only contacted 3 times in 7 months, two by email and one by a lawyer. Not good communication. Don't use them!!!!

Crest was the general contractor on our hail damage repair claim. I can't count the problems we had with the work that they did. The reason I became aware of the problems is that I paid for an inspector to come out and check their work,
- They had to come out 3 times to get the gutters right (haven't had the inspector out again so I really don't know if the problem was fixed).
- They had to come back 3 times to get the shingles corrected.
- Our attic fan COVERS were part of the hail damage claim, when their people were working on the roof they removed and THREW AWAY our perfectly good fans. When they replaced them you could hear a constant hum throughout the house because the fans they put in were too loud, so loud that my kids couldn't sleep upstairs with the fans on. So we have had to go through the hottest part of summer not being able to use the fans which negates why you have them installed in the first place. Over and over they asked me what I wanted them to do, over and over I told them we wanted the fans replaced as the same type that were there before. Never happened.
- Attic events were pulled apart.
- Nearly all of the exhaust pipes on the roof were crooked and had to be straightened out.
- In the beginning the project manager stated that she would be there whenever there were workers there because our 18 year old daughter was home alone. That happened maybe 1/2 the time. My belief is that most of the workers were sub contractors and not full time employees of Crest. We had no idea who was at our house when we weren't home. If the project manager was doing the job she said she would do, the attic fans would have never been thrown away. They were not the ones that discovered this error, I was, and they questioned me on it. We did not resolve the fan issue, it was causing too much strife in our household and we didn't want Crest back in our house.

The only reason I went with Crest is they were recommended by a client of mine. He is still a (good) client but I would NOT recommend Crest to anyone. I don't know how low the star ratings go but I would give them a negative.

Loved working with Matt Faulkner at Crest exteriors! We needed a new roof due to hail damage. Matt came out, inspected and helped us get the process going. He was extremely knowledgable and enlighten us about upgrades that would help save money on energy bills. He was very through and explained what we could expect. Our roof was completed in July and it is beautiful. They did superior work and did an exceptional clean up during and upon completion. I also had Matt and his team put a new roof on my Mom's house, he was there from beginning to end and made it go so smooth! I highly recommend Crest Exteriors and Matt for your exterior needs. We are new to Texas and have never experienced a ""real"" hail storm until this past April. With that said, I had no idea how things worked or how many different companies would be stopping by my home. Luckily for me, I found Coy Reynolds of Crest as my project manager.

Crest is a wonderful company but if you want your job done right, use Coy. Ask for him specifically. His attention to detail, dedication to his job, coupled with the fact that he'll treat your home as his and treat you as family, makes him the perfect person to be your project manager.

He goes out of his way making sure your home is perfect. In fact, at one point, he was going to leave his own daughter's middle school graduation to come to my home! That's crazy! He answered every one of my texts or phone calls in concerns to my roof. I was stressed since we this is a brand new home and we hadn't lived in it a year. Coy handled it all for me, including our insurance company.

After this experience and listening to other people complain about their company they picked, or the person that handled their construction, it made me very happy that I was fortunate enough to find Crest and COY! From all of my dealing with Crest, including their VP Logan, I will definitely use them again ... but hope that I don't have to. (Hail, go away!)

There are a lot of companies out there. Check them out before you sign, it's more about the $, it's your roof that covers your families head at night. My roof is gorgeous. Coy did an additional little edge on all of my corners (yes, I forgot what it's called, Z something) and my roof stands out in the neighborhood. It's beautiful!

With the storms this past spring, and not knowing for sure the last roof update on our home - it was time to at least look into it. We contacted Crest Exteriors and a rep named Kent B. came out to inspect the house. He walked the perimeter, got up on the roof of our two story home, took his time and his respectful character, diligent approach was a breath of fresh air. I have been a homeowner for 11 years now and this was our 3rd go around on something like this, and to have someone so passionate about what they do, knowledgeable, and kind - just made the process that much more easy to bear. We appreciate the professionalism, business like approach to having our home updated and back to new in a timely manner.

I highly recommend Crest Exteriors in the future to anyone looking not only for a new roof, but any updates on your home. If you can request Kent B., that is just a bonus.

I recently found Crest Exteriors through a recommendation from a friend. This friend spoke very highly of Sam, the owner, and the work that is done by Crest. A quick google search led me to the Crest website, and from there I sent an email requesting a quote for some repair work I needed done on my roof which was a result of a satellite dish that had been removed. I sent this email at 9 pm on a Wednesday night, and by Thursday morning, I had already received a response back from the business owner. I provided my location information and requested services, and Sam assured me that he would send somebody out immediately to look at the issue (for free). That same day, I received a message with the quote for the work, which was extremely fair/cheap, and by the time I got home that night, the roof was repaired. The work was flawless, with the worker perfectly matching the shingle color and texture, resulting in no indication that a satellite dish had previously been on the roof.

This was a small job, and one that Crest did not have to take on, especially not as quickly as they did. I was extremely impressed with the timely response and professionalism that I received in my dealings with Crest. More importantly, I was blown away by how quickly the work was completed. If I ever need roofing work done again, Crest will be the only Company that I use.

I recently finished working with Chip Moore at Crest Exteriors and I can't say enough good things about his service and the quality of work that was performed. Chip has vast years of roofing experience and very knowledgeable when it comes to contracting AND customer service!

Chip's customer service and efficiency is truly extraordinary as he went the extra mile on several occasions to assure I was happy. He was on site when the insurance adjuster visited my house and was there at 6am when the crew was on site to start replacing the roof. He also coordinated other contractors to visit the same day so that we had all of the work done before my baby arrived! Lastly, we experienced a crazy storm only a few days after the roof was replaced. One of the seals had blown off and I texted Chip. Chip had his crew out at my house within 12 hours and had it fixed the next morning! I really enjoyed working with Chip and I assure you that you will not need to call anybody else.
