Made an appointment. Did not show up. No cancellation calls either. I called to check and was told that he does not go on the roof when it's raining, but it's definitely not raining. Would not trust with expensive projects.

Dale and his crew are just amazing! I am so happy to have found Dale and his team. I had reached out to several roofers (including many on Yelp with high reviews) and most of them were way over priced or didn't really even bother to thoroughly investigate the issues with my roof. Dale was by far the most fair with his pricing, honest with what was needed to be done and very accommodating to our schedule. He was quick, reliable, patient and kept things so neat and clean! I will recommend him to everyone and anyone who needs to re-do/fix their roof!

I feel so fortunate that I chose Crescenta Valley Roofing to do my roof. They are easy to work with, courteous, and fair. Great price for the project. I am so pleased with the job that Dale and his team did. The job went quickly, the job site was kept clean, and the results are fantastic. This is the way I wish all contracted projects went. I can not say enough great things about Dale & his crew. I am an interior designer and have been gathering roofing bids for 2 yrs. now. I met way too many roofers in L.A. area and got a lot of bids which really varied so much in price from one to another some being 2x's the amount. (10k-20k). My house is a difficult house with an extremely steep roof, (12/12 pitch) one of the steepest. We had so many leaking issues with the old roof and 2 yrs. prior had a bigger roofing company try and fix the leaks temporary until we can get the entire roof done which was a total disaster, they did more harm than good. So It was so important to hire the right roofing company because I didn't want any more problems and I knew I didn't want a big roofing company like I hired previously.

I was about to settle on a roofer when I met the owner Dale at a roofing supply company. I had Dale bid my roof and his price was great and in keeping with the other roofer I was about to hire.

Having Dale & Family here to roof is like having an uncle and your cousins working for you. Dale started roofing with his Dad and now his son and another family member work with him. They take so much pride in their work. Dale is so easy to work with...every step of the way he was collaborating with me about certain issues specific to my roof that would make it more appealing and completely open to opinions and/or comments.
That I can say would not have happened with the bigger roofing companies who send you a foreman and daily crew which might change any given day.

As an interior designer I am not an easy customer, I am very picky and detailed and constantly checking to make sure all is ok....but with Dale I was assured once I saw his workmanship and the pride he takes in his work, that all would be great. Trust me after meeting so many roofers with glowing reviews on this and other sites, I am so thankful that I just happened to run into Dale that day.
I would not hire or recommend another roofer to anyone BUT Crescenta Valley Roofing. Three generations of roofers in this company, that says it all in how good they are. I will miss him calling me KID!
