Extremely over priced. Not great quality. Horrible customer service.

A sales associate came to our home and quoted us to replace several pluming vents on our roof. Our main concern was to match the existing roof with replacement shingles (within reason due to the age of the roof). The associate stated ""you won't be able to tell the difference"" and boy was he wrong.

This company used old construction materials to replace shingles on my roof and was not at all worried about the asthetics/quality of their work. I expected for the price paid (2x, at a minimum, what it should have cost) an attempt would be made to find new materials to help match the shingles. The repair was made within 24 hours of the quote and was obvious no attempt was made to match the existing roof.

When confronted about the new shingles matching, he stated via text ""I do remember saying that but I must've been thinking that the roof was a little newer than it was. Crazy morning for me yesterday, I apologize.""

This guy works for a roofing company, his job is to assess/fix a roof, you would think when giving a quote he would at least make a mental note of the condition of the roof prior to creating a quote.

When I confronted the sales associate and owner at their store, the environment was not receptive and the presumption of fault was left on the customer.

I assumed for the price charged, the quality and customer service would match. 5 out 7 roof vent boots looked good (70% of the job), but the combative response from this company to accommodate for the poor execution of these two is the reason for this review

I write this to only educate people looking to replace/repair their roof and to explore all options available before committing to any company.
