After serving in the military at Fort Bragg in North Carolina, and serving in combat in the Gulf during ""Operation Desert Storm"", I made the decision to follow in my grandfather's footsteps and build a career in helping the community by offering high-quality contracting services for our community. Since we opened, to this day we have built a notable record of satisfied customers. One of our standout clients was Albany's Housing Authority in the previous year. Kendra S.Eugene came to my home on 5/2/22 to give me an estimate which he said he'd have to me by the upcoming Wednesday. Before leaving he seemed more concerned about me not being like his ex girlfriend since we shared the the same name even asking me of my astrological sign. Very unprofessional and needless to say I never received the estimate. If a contractor can't provide a written estimate and acts unprofessional, I surely wouldn't trust them in my home.
Raran M.Eugene, call me back ! You took $500 from me, but you said your partner's license expired and you just cancelled my order even haven't started anything! You said you would give back the $500 to me but now you even blocked my calls??!! I was the one who trust you from all these times, how can you just scam the money from the client who trust you ? ?!!
Everyone, please do be careful of this ""company"", I think I was scammed by Eugene with my $500, but I hope no more victims!
Richard Y.they have horrible service. They changed my roof as expected but took down my gutters and did not put them back. Now that opens up an entire new can of worms. I urge you to use someone else
