Jon Johnson and his team really crushed it. I had a frustrating, recurring leak over multiple years that kept requiring repairs every season. He and Tigran came out and dissected the multiple spots needing repair and did it all in between breaks in the rain. The whole time they were kind and considerate of my tenant and I never got a complaint. My stress was minimal because of the clear communication they had with all parties. Here we are a year later after some big rains and everything is great! CR Solutions is attentive to detail and accountable for their work. If you need a roofer, these are your guys! Jon did a roof repair on my home at a very reasonable price. He discovered that my skylights were not installed with the proper roofing materials, but rather than trying to get hired to do the work, he suggested I call the skylight company as the skylights were still under warranty. Jon gave me specific information that I could tell the skylight company about what needed to be done, which was a great help to me as an uninformed consumer. Jon even did an estimate of the additional repair to give me greater detail on what needed to be done. Thank you SOOOOOO much, Jon. You rock!!!

Amazing experience from start to finish!

I am getting solar and they would not install since my roof was not in the best condition. The quote I got was the best price for the amount of good reviews they had. Jon is very responsive, did not make (too much) fun of my silly questions, and overall great to work with.

They were very up front with the cost and what additional costs might be incurred during the job. That is scary to hear, but they did not find too many areas of concern and only had to replace a few pieces. It was communicated and I agreed upon it before they did any additional work or added any cost. They were too nice and did not even ask me to move my vehicles (I did before their scheduled arrival, which they were on time for).

They worked tirelessly throughout the day and were respectful of the property. Nothing was damaged and they cleaned before leaving each day. There was a bit of misunderstanding that Salvador did not know he was supposed to do the small section attached to the house as well, but they happily came out again a few days later. This just makes me feel that much more comfortable that they would be responsive if there are any other issues I may encounter in the future.

Only time will tell how well it will hold up. However, it seems like quality work and I am a happy camper with the great looking new roof. I will not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone! Thanks again!

I needed some roofing repairs that were recommended by Premium Termite and Creative Roofing was right on it. Their estimate used the Termite report and assured me that all areas would be addressed. It spelled out the scope of work clearly. The work was done promptly. Very satisfied with the result.

I can't say enough good things about creative roofing solutions. I bought a fixer upper and replaced my 30+ year old time roof. On my end the job was complicated because I asked them to move kitchen vents, at a vent for a new bathroom, replace an old skylight, and add decorative tiles to the parapet walls and the tired looking garage. I was also getting solar and the electrical upgrade I needed took a year.

Through all of it they were super nice and accommodating. The roofer was top notch and did a beautiful job. When I got the solar installed a year later they came back and finished the decorative part if the roofing around the solar panels. The garage is totally transformed. Plus they were reasonably priced and Jon in the office is kind and was committed to me being 100% satisfied with the outcome.
