John from creative roofing called me back promptly and arranged someone to come that same afternoon to give me a bid. Salvador arrived in the afternoon to bid the job. Do to heavy winds I found a number of roofing shingles had come loose and needed to be replaced before the up and coming storm. I called around to a number of businesses but Creative Roofing Solutions was the only one that returned my call. I exchanged a few messages with them and they called me back when they said they would (which is very important). They were clean, fast and efficient . They came over the next day, took a look at the damage and repaired what needed to be repaired to insure my roof would hold out for the coming winter storms. I was pleased with the results. Next year, when the time is right I will call to have them replace my entire roof.
