Creative Roofing provided a 2 year roof certification for the home we bought. In the winter the roof leaked. He came over and agreed and said he would fix it when the weather dried. It's now July and I've called him a dozen times and left messages and emailed but he has not responded.

February 2017, during the storms this year I lost a section of shingles (about a 14' by 14' section) I contacted several roofing companys (7), including the company that replaced my roof several years ago. Out of all those companys Creative Roofing showed up when promised (next day), David Riggs gave me a fair price and came back the next day not only ready to do the job but with a representative of Owens Corning! After conferring, David said there would be NO CHARGE!
Evidently the shingles that were installed were new by Owens Corning and some had some problems. David recognized that and contacted O.C. representative.
With the professionalism and timeliness of this company, and David Riggs I highly recommend this company!!!

I had Dave take care of two separate leaks during a time of excessive rain when he was undoubtedly swamped with other calls. He fixed both at a reasonable cost and very promptly. When one began to leak again he was round very quickly to make sure that it was taken care of.

Sometimes Dave is hard to get hold of because a roof leak only ever appears when it is raining and that's when everybody else's roof is leaking. But he does get back to you and does not rest until the problem is solved. I'm very happy with his work and with the prices that he charges. I will absolutely use him again and recommend you do too. Not may roofers can deal with flat roof issues so you need somebody like Dave who has been around a long time and knows what he's doing.

So I'm very sad to have to amend the review i wrote earlier. The repair did not work. And now after over 3 weeks of broken promises on when he will be back to fix it - he's off on vacation and I'm looking for another roof repair company. Apparently they are ""very busy"". So sad to have to amend, he seemed like a stand up guy.

My roof was leaking after the storms and I called this company. The man who answered didn't say ""Huffman Roofing"" and didn't give me his name but took my phone number and said he would be by to look at the leak late that day. I waited but he was a no show and didn't call me back to apologize or reschedule. Very disappointing!

I just have Dave repaired my leak roof yesterday, thru friend referred, also after one other guy already came to estimate the day before.
I am so please with what he done, replace the broken tile, seal the hole, he also take picture to show you before & after repaired. Also inspect the whole roof to make sure it's ok. It's all free, since we are new customer, he won't charge & just need to refer others to him. But of course, we gave him some $ , since he work hard , explain very clear, honest, nice ....
We strongly recommend if you ever need a roof repair, he is the one.
I will keep him for future services.

I used to work with Dave years ago at a construction company, so I was very familiar with his quality of work. Two weeks ago, while wrapping Christmas gifts, I opened my closet in my guest bedroom to find that water was dripping into my closet, in a steady stream, and the ceiling in the closet was about to collapse. After hurriedly removing the contents of my closet, the ceiling to the closet fell and displayed water coming in through a valley in an area of our roof. The first person that I thought to call was Dave, and I am so glad that I did. I called Dave on a Friday and we made an appointment for Monday. When Dave showed up, he got right to work. He was on my roof within a minute and was able to find exactly where the water was entering and why it was entering. He proceeded to clean our the valley, adjust the roof tiles, take photos, etc. He inspected the rest of my roof without prompting, just to make sure the other valleys weren't having the same issue. When he came inside, I had my checkbook pulled out - prepared to pay him pretty much whatever he was going to charge. His response: ""The first visit is free."" He told me that with what he did, he was sure that water was not going to come in anytime soon. He showed me pictures of the issue and what it looked like after he fixed it. He did tell me that what he did was not a permanent solution, but he gave me all of the information and pricing for the permanent solution. The pricing, in mine and my father's opinion, is incredibly reasonable for the work that is going to be done. I was so blown away by his honesty, attitude and knowledge that I just told him to schedule the the permanent fix ASAP.

During the recent rains this past winter, my husband noticed a wet spot in the garage ceiling. We have a two story house and there's a room right above the garage, so we were concerned about water damage because it was still raining. My husband called several companies and no one called him back. Then I remembered seeing my neighbors post on the NextDoor website about roof repairs. I looked up the recommendations and saw Creative Roofing mentioned a few times. My husband called him right away. Not only did Dave answer the phone, but he showed up at our house within 30 minutes! He climbed up on the roof in the rain. He diagnosed the problem as a loose tile that was allowing water to seep in whenever the wind blew. He quickly fixed it and said that should take care of it. We were so relieved that it wasn't anything more serious. The fact that he responded so quickly and fixed the problem in the rain, we were expecting a big bill and we would have paid whatever he was going to charge. However, he was very reasonable. If we ever need any roofing work, Dave absolutely has our business. I will also refer anyone who needs roofing work to him as well.

Update: after the wet spot dried up, we have not had any more leaks with subsequent rains.

Dave is Amazing!!!

Our roof needed repair and we dreaded going through this process of getting it fixed. The roof being an expensive item and that so many roofers out there want to squeeze every nickel out of you..made this task really daunting to us.
After quoting and interviewing 5 different roofers and almost giving up, then we met Dave. There is not a person that is more honest and authentic person, than this man.

If you want a roofer that is does an excellent job and gives you amazing customer satisfaction, Dave is your guy. He talks to you, explains the process completely and breaks down a timeline of the process.

Dave was awesome! He showed up on time and we both went on the roof. He showed that there was too much dirt and pigeon detritus and we cleaned it off. He didn't charge and said you should be good for another 10 years. Awesome!
