He took his time and explained the whole process in detail. His workers came by and finished on schedule. Now the deck is no longer leaking. Great customer service. I did not realize that when other workers had removed a sliding glass door frame, they had cut the flashing between the balcony deck and the stucco. Had Adam not realized this and pointed it out to me, we might well have had a disasterous flooding situation with the first big rain! Later, when his workers did not show up to paint the deck, Adam came himself on very short notice and did a great job! I highly recommend California Deck Coatings!

P.S. I had previously decided to go with Prestige because they were a little cheaper, but they didn't acknowledge my emails requesting them to schedule the job. And after I contacted them by phone and scheduled it, they didn't show up and didn't call to say they had been delayed. When I called the owner, he said he'd been meaning to call me! Don't use Prestige Deck Coatings!

Fast, friendly and professional. These guys do exactly what you want and do it well. I just had them coat a 600 sq. ft. patio and huge stairway for me. Only took them a few days from start to finish and I am very satisfied. The product is non-slip, looks great and 100% waterproof.
