Founded in 2018, Crane Construction has deeper roots. As a child, I was captivated by construction—I enjoyed wearing a hard hat, exploring job sites, and observing how structures were built. That initial curiosity led me to a career: I started as an engineer, then spent years working on roofs. I eventually transitioned to a project manager position at a large construction firm, where I led substantial residential and commercial projects for over five years.

In 2018, I made the bold decision to start my own company. It was my goal to thrive in this industry and create my own venture. I wanted to merge all my experiences—technical expertise, hands-on knowledge, and real-world project management—to enhance the homeowner experience. Ultimately, I pursued my dream and founded my own company. Now, I support homeowners with remodels, additions, ADUs, and more—converting experience into results and uplifting your ideas throughout the process.

Hi, I’m Rani—the founder of Crane Construction. Since I was a child, I’ve been drawn to hard hats and construction environments. While other kids watched cartoons, I was observing concrete pours and roof structures. That interest evolved into a real passion, and later, a successful career. I kicked off my career as an engineer, moved into roofing, and then dedicated over five years to project management at a large construction firm.

In 2018, I established my own company—an aspiration I had nurtured for years. Why? Because I wanted to create a construction company that communicates effectively, keeps its promises, and delivers results without the usual hassle.
