Water is coming in at the hose bib outside now into the basement.
Last year I discovered they installed a J channel wrong. I've had water leaking inside (main level) for years. A bathroom is overhead, I've paid a plumber three times being told it was the toilet! As I'm putting on a new roof, the inspector told me the real problem!

I would not recommend this company. They do not stand behind their ""lifetime guarantee"". They put siding on my home but let a gap in the siding and left my home exposed. They also installed gutters for me . The gutters are sagging because they were not properly installed. They also did not install the panels on my gutters although I paid for them. Even on their webpage they advertise ""Never Clean Your Gutters Again"". I have had to clean mine multiple times in the short period I have had them because the were not installed properly. I have called and emailed Taura Coleman several times and she keeps giving me the run around.

Do not do business with this company! At best they are unprofessional and at worst they are liars and do not stand behind the faux ""lifetime guarantee."" They care nothing about the customer!

Very disappointed. FACTS: My husband and I were sold two services. Window replacement and attic insulation services. The windows were replaced. They look great. The crew was in and out. That is why I gave the 2 stars. The attic work however has been a very long process in which we have been given times to expect a crew to come to our home only to have no one show up. That happened twice in one week. This project started at the beginning of July, its still not complete. This is what we are paying for: removal of existing insulation, replacement of insulation, some type of attic shield, and new attic doors. They have often come on the weekends ( which keeps us from family outings). We are still going back and forth about whrn the work will be completed. They use a lot of 3rd party contractors. They have no consequences. What can we do but wait. The work isnt finished and we have no idea when it will be. Save youself the trouble.

Chainsaw 16 new windows a year ago and asked me if I wanted to reinstall blinds after they finished with the windows. I said yes not knowing they were going to damage the windows they just installed. When I took my blinds down to put up new ones I noticed that they had drilled holes in every single window frame to reinstall my blinds. I did some research and found that that is not how you install blinds. When I called to talk to the owner Joel he told me I was stupid and can't spell. And that I shouldn't have allowed them to hang up my blinds that it's on me. The only thing they offered me was to come by and fill the holes with caulk. What a rip off!

Although Craftsman usually installs vinyl replacement windows, they tried to find wood windows to closely match existing windows on my old house. When they were not successful after six weeks they refunded my deposit. That's the kind of company they are. Thank you Craftsman!

The experience was great from start to finish. They always showed up on time when they stated they would be at the house. Out project was not a small one. They came with smile on their faces ready to work for 2 days. I had multiply phone calls to make sure if i had any questions along the whole project. Everyone made sure the project was perfect to my standard. I would keep their information to use them again for my big projects.
