The second home in Vista was an extensive re-do of the entire yard from essentially bare dirt to a beautifully finished landscape of turf, rock, and concrete. There were problems along the way caused by a missing-in-action subcontractor, but we were able to work through these issues with Jordan and hire new people who did the job properly. In the end we are happy with the result, and happy to say that Jordan came through to resolve our issues and get the job done.
