So I'm a single mom, home owner, and in the recent ""por"" down rains here in Cali....i ended up with water leaking into my house ,via a "" T-Top flashing"" ...aka a vent on roof. Obviously Insurance wouldn't cover issue, I posted for local help on FB...AND JEFFREY was quicknto reply and reach out his helping hand. He was able with both our busy holiday schedules. He came assessed issue while I was at work, communicated with me , and sent his staff to fix issue , next day!!! Now ,that's what I call EFFICIENT AND RELIABLE!!! Definitely earned my trust, business and recommendations!!!

So Craft Roofing might not be the lowest bid you get, but they are going to be far and away the best. They worked closely with me to make sure that the hundred tiny details on a challenging project turned out exactly how I wanted. Problem solved creatively, communicated superbly, went above and beyond to change any details that I asked for (even ones that were just satisfying my personal taste, and even when those took extra time to complete). And above all, they did not take any of the many possible opportunities to increase the price on me.

If you want a collaborator, and you want to avoid all the usual contractor horror stories. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

A neighbor of mine had a roof done by this company they are not very much tech savvy so they cannot put a review up but I wouldn't trust these guys as far as I can throw them they charged my neighbor almost 27,000 and the roof is still leaking been trying to call the crew back out to fix the issue and nobody has responded yet do not trust this company beware!

I highly recommend Craft roofing! After receiving a few very expensive quotes, Jeff pointed out that I actually didn't need to replace my gutters as they were still in good shape and instead, just re-secured them as they had pulled away from the roofline. He saved me almost $6k with just an honest observation. This is so rare these days. He and his crew fixed the leaky roof I had in two spots and now I can't wait for it to rain. These guys are hardworking, very reasonably priced, professional and have integrity. I couldn't ask for more.

My neighbor up the street was changing their roof, got the number off the work truck. Jeff the owner was able to come by and take a look at my roof. I had shingles missing and wanted to see the condition of my roof. He told me that I still had a few years left on the roof and gave me a couple options. He was super nice and I felt good talking to him. When the time comes I will use Craft Roofing for the big job.

He also repaired my roof at no charge even though I insisted in giving him a few bucks. His business is all referral based.

Good Morning Larry

No leaks!

Thank you so much!

I went up in the attic and it is as dry as a bone.

We have had leaks around our chimney. When Larry came to our home to check our roof he said you do not have any leaks around your chimney you need to cover your chimney with plastic and that should be your fix.

Call me and I will cover it for you.

We made an appointment for this Tuesday, November 26th to have our chimney covered. As before Larry showed up on time with a smile and said let's get this done.

Larry did a great job. We have had heavy rain, yesterday, Wednesday, afternoon November 27th and today, Thanksgiving Day, November 28th. No leaks.

Larry came to our home on his day off to make sure our home is safe!

I Had an air conditioning leaking on my roof and coming through my kitchen ceiling. A friend of mine recommended Jeff at craft roofing. Called Jeff mid morning and he came out same day early evening, Jeff inspected my roof, located the issue and gave me an honest estimate and fair price. He even wrote a letter for my insurance company. Haven't had any issues or leaks since, and no issues with recent rain.
Would definitely recommend!!!

They work very diligently and efficiently. They were willing to move my car that didn't work which would have just been extra work for them. Also they got my roof finished in 3-4 days which was extremely fast. They may not work weekends but the speed they work at makes up for it. My roof did have one leak but the day I notified them about it they came back to my house, took a look, and fixed it same day.
