As far as I know, they did an ok job with the roof.
First thing after they were gone, I stepped on a roofing
nail in my walkway, all the way through my shoe.
Asked them to help me out with financing, but I
guess they ran into roadblocks and just dropped it without
calling me. Just poor communication. I specified that I wanted
to get the job done in 2025, but unknown to me they got the work
permit in 2024 which is not what I wanted. Work is probably fine, just
poor communication.

CQ Roofing did an excellent job re-roofing our house and detached garage. They also did an excellent job replacing several sections of damaged soffit, actually making it look even better then when they started the job. Lastly, they did a great job cleaning up all the scattered roof debris considering the winds were very high when they were doing the work. I highly recommend QC Roofing for all your roofing needs!!!

Needed a roof inspection for a small leak. Called CQ Roofing extremely polite and quick response by Mr. Kelly provided estimate after coming out on the same day. They called before arriving each time Which is so professional. They were able to complete the work within the same week! Mr. Paul who arrived on time was very courteous and finished the work quickly despite the above 90 degree weather. Way to go CQ!

My husband was very pleased with the service provided by CQ Roofing. They came out to physically inspect the roof before quoting. The written quote was accurate and included possible extras (and prices) if additional damage was found. They tracked down and got me the energy efficient shingles. The entire process went very quickly. The actual roof work was finished in just over a day. The results are beautiful. We definitely recommend their services.

CQ installed my roof in Dec of 2020. The process started just after hurricane Sally damaged the roof to my home. From the very first contact until the last employee drove out of my driveway my experience was top notch. Every employee contacted did exactly what they said they were going to do and when they said they were going to do it. When the actual roofing team arrived they worked continuously from the moment they stepped on the roof until dark. At one point my the area around my house was so full of discarded shingles, tar paper and nails I thought it would never get cleaned up. Once the last shingle was nailed down, every worker assisted the ones already cleaning up and at one point they were actually on their hands and knees picking up bits of shingles and nails! I need to mention that all of the above occurred when the Covid issues and Hurricanes had created a shortage in building supplies. Great company Highly recommend.

I first contacted this company 3-14-19 to get a quote on replacing missing shingles and a corroded vent(per my home inspection recommendedations). I didn't hear anything back so I called 3-18 and they sent over the proposal for fixing the vent and replacing shingles for $500 which I signed the same day. I said I would be out of the area until May so I'd need updates and photos of the finish work. Dex Carr told me the job would begin the week of 3-25. I never heard anything so I emailed him for an update on 4-3, again no reply. I called the office the next day and was told they would begin the work that next day. Never heard a word so I called again 4-15 and was told the work was done 4-5 after all. Ok great..except I wasn't told, didn't receive photos as promised of the finished job. I asked the office employee to have the supervisor call me, instead I get a call from Dex himself. He finally emails me an invoice and photos after I complained about the communication issues. I then see the vent wasn't done, so I called back and suddenly it was a typo and wasn't needed yet it was still $500 and I had photos from my inspection of a completely rusted out vent. I asked for the owner to call me and he did that evening. I explained the situation and he said the communication was not up to par and they would fix the vent at no extra cost. Here we are now almost a month late...week after I spoke to the owner and still didn't have any idea of it being finished or not. You'd think they'd contact me after the problems to show improvement with communication...NOPE the job was done 4-16 and again I had to contact them to find out. Being a military family in the middle of a move, we can't always be in the area or even know the area so we trust reviews like these to find companies. I hope they can iron out the issues with communication because it's a headache customers don't need.

I changed insurance companies for two rental townhomes next to each other so they share a roof. Insurance inspection said roof looks bad needs replacing.
The roof is only 10 yrs old, so I contacted 3 different roofing companies told them the same story about roof inspection. Two companies gave me quotes for new roofs $6-$8k.
CQ said there are some popped nails that make roof shingles look like curling and loose and flashing needs replacing - $450.
So guess who I chose to do work - CQ.
They did the work on time, got my photos and roof certification back to insurance company to meet the deadline so i wasn't canceled or had to find new insurance and start over.
When my roof does need replacing on these properties or other guess who will be getting my business- CQ they treated me honestly!!
That's hard to find these days.
