Great price, communication, and customer service. We had our shingle roof replaced 2 years ago and Jorge was very professional and easy to work with. We recently had a big rain storm and noticed a small leak. I called Jorge and within an hour his father was at my house to fix the issue. He crawled into my attic to make sure there was no moisture damage and then went to to the roof to find that some dirt and debris had collected around our bathroom vent allowing moisture to flow behind the shingles. He cleaned it up and applied mastic tar to seal it well.

I've been getting quotes for our roof for months. I just kept telling myself it wasn't going to rain, that I could find a cheaper and still reputable company, that maybe I'd patch it, that maybe I'd use someone unlicensed. It was a terrible process. Then CPR Roofing came by.

Rain was actually in the forecast and they came and quoted right away. Not only were they thousands (thousands less, but keep in mind, roofs are expensive), they were able to prep my roof for the rain for a minimal charge.

They scheduled me right away and knocked the job out in 3 days (even though we had them start each day hours later than they preferred).

Roof looks fantastic and comes with a 15 year warranty. It's a family business and they were pros the whole time.

Only criticism (gotta have 1) - end of job clean up. They cleaned every day and my house always looked good. But I'd like a little more thorough end of job clean up. Not a huge deal but my grill cover was still in saw dust, under my deck still needed leaf blown etc. I'd give the clean a B, but I'd prefer an A+

I own a property management company and have worked with a lot of roofers. During the last rainstorm, Jorge came out to help with the leak. He is one of the most professional people I've worked with, and you can tell he really cares about taking care of the customer and giving you a great product. His knowledge of roof repair, and speed is reasons alone to work with him. He also beat and provided a better service than other roofers that bid out the job. Fantastic job, Jorge! Very happy and impressed with Jorge and his company. We had a contract with another roofer, highly recommended and great price, but after 6 months of excuses and delays we'd had it. Got a bunch of responses from the Yelp referral request and Jorge was not only the quickest to respond but sent a very professional and genuine response. He came out the next day to look at the roof and I had a quote right away. They started work within a week. His dad led the team and was very personable. Everyone on the crew was courteous, and at the end of each day they cleaned up thoroughly. In the past when I've had contractors work in the home, they'd leave a disaster outside until the completion of the job, when they'd clean up once.

We were having solar panels installed, and Jorge's team was very accommodating and worked around their schedule. Throughout the process the communication was great. Highly recommend them!

I can't really say enough about the service and communication here - Jorge from day 1 took the time to walk me through the roof, take pictures and kept me in the loop of progress.
He was also very patient in explaining the whole process and change orders as I was very adamant about getting every piece of bad wood replaced.

They did all this and kept everything within budget.

My experience working with J & Co. Roofing was seamless and superb. Jorge responded right away to my inquiry and quote request, and was able to come out quickly to inspect my roof.

We agreed on a price and then his Dad and crew came out a couple days later to perform the work. Jorge followed up with the before and after pictures, and my roof issues are solved.
