We live in an older home (1956) and needed many upgrades. We needed a new roof, windows, exterior painting, and concrete work (driveway and patio). We dreaded speaking to all the different contractors we would need to interview and get estimates from. This is why we had put the projects off for so long. One day we got a knock on the door from a a nice young person who was a representative from CPR Home Solutions. He informed us that CPR could take care of all the projects that we needed completed. So we set an appointment for a representative to come out. That representative was Ryan. Ryan seemed to instantly seem to understand our needs and also why we had put off these pretty major projects for so long. Ryan took his time to not only explain each project, but also laid out a plan to tackle these multiple projects. Once Ryan quickly got us approved for the financing we needed we first began with the roof. The roof went smoothly and we were excited to get the rest of the projects finished. Next, we did the concrete work and then an exterior coating, which came out immaculately. Finally the windows were finished being made and were installed. Our house was an eye catcher now! Needless to say, my wife was extremely happy. Oh yeah, we also ended up, adding attic insulation at Ryan's recommendation. And, we are glad we did. The insulation, exterior coating and new windows made a huge impact on our heating and cooling bills. Ryan held our hand throughout the projects and made sure his crews were on time, cleaned up daily and did excellent work. TRUE PROFESSIONALS! Now, there were some hiccups with getting materials and our availability, things out of all of our control, but Ryan was on top of everything, communicated with us at all times and worked hard to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Construction can be very stressful, but we feel Ryan helped alleviate those stresses as much as humanly possible. We have one of the most beautiful houses on our street now. We have recommended Ryan and CPR Home Solutions to our family and neighbors. My wife and I would highly recommend CPR Home Solutions to anyone looking for a contractor.

Just a little update, the owner does not care about you once the job is done. The $500 was not compensation, it was hush money. They wanted to offer me $500 so that I would not contact the CSLB and put a point on their company name. He finally contacted us about ""trying"" to take care of us and offered us reimbursement of just the wood (Would pay for parts and labor) like I had originally offered but never heard back from him. He gave some sob story about his office being broken into as well car which someone stole his keys and laptop. The kind guy that I am gave him a little time to gather his finances and work with him again but obviously that didn't work. Have sent him emails but wont respond. It sucks that I now have to take time of my life to go to the CSLB, BBB and small claims just to get some contact from him. Again, PLEASE STAY AWAY from this company. They have fired everyone that I have been in contact with and I still speak with them.

The salesman came out and was very nice, we came to agreement on $25,000 for a new roof. He did tell us if there are repairs it may be around $500/additional wood replacement. Then they came back to my mom and said it will cost $5000 for more material, my mother paid them. The roof is done and now she received a notice of a lien on the house for non-payment for material. Which was paid to the roofing company. She called the roofing company and they said ""oh it happens all the time"". No help from them. So basically they did not pay the company for the material. And now she has a lien and is responsible for another $5000. Very shady and taking advantage of the elderly again! Watch out for this supposedly ""great company ""! Nice job people, Hopefully no one takes advantage of your folks. CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!

Great job and we are happy with our beautiful new roof. Their are a few little things that need attention but we have been assured by our Project Manger Andrew that they will take care of them! The workers were fast and very efficient crew from tear off to all the wood replacement , the new shingles and many other details. We feel lucky we got the best crew which were led by Colin and Louis! Great guys and nice work!
Yes we will and have already recommended to others... with that said to anyone doing a big home improvement project do your homework, be prepared for the job physically as well as mentally. Big projects are hard on everyone including your pets!

Previously we had very very BAD EXPERIENCES with contractors. Previous out contractor made promises that they didn't keep. Rob and Henry came out and explained things very well. They allowed me to keep my money until they delivered on their promises. They did EXACTLY WHAT THEY PROMISED. Also, Jorge the installer was GREAT! Paid attention to detail. They started quickly and work diligently. The price wasn't the cheapest, but I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

I had a guy for the company walk to the house unannounced and got me to get someone out here for to schedule a quote....yes they said my wife had to be here but she wasn't. They refused to give me a quote on a stupid paint job because she was not here...btw...they said they don't do regular paint jobs only the ""cool paint"" which is roughly 30-40% more expensive.
I told them that I would look for another company....at least have options for perspective customers....and after reading the reviews on here I am glad I didnt get a quote.

I saw first hand NO customer service! They time and time again said ""we did not abandon the job""!!! NO but you didn't do the job right!!! Shame on the owners for not taking responsibility to make it right Immediately!! Rain coming into your home, NOT acceptable no matter what! ZERO stars!

Rob and Niko came to give an quote for stucco, paint and windows. They only did a quote for the windows. Basically wasted my time, as I was clear what was needed. Definitely will not use them due to their inability to hear a potential customers requirements.
