I texted Coxco over the weekend and they were very responsive. John came over on Sunday and fixed the turbine on the roof and gave me an honest review of the limited hail damage to the roof and the best course of action. No pressure to buy anything. It was truly refreshing. I hope when I do need to replace my roof I can call on Coxco!

13 years ago I would recommend them. This year NO. Charged for work that was never done. Be careful and read your contract. My insurance company was surprisingly more than generous. He contacted my insurance company numerous times. I know this because they notified me each time. After my claim was closed, he called them to request more money for ""elective work the homeowner had done"" which never happened. I still have a ripped screen and the ""new"" (not one) attic fans were never re-connected.

John Cox was referred to us by friends who had done a kitchen/family room remodel several years ago and were very pleased. We needed remodeling of our outside patio area and a bedroom due to water damage and rotten wood. John met with us several times and worked with us on our budget which was huge because we had no idea where to start. He helped us understand what steps should be completed first and things that were important to get done while it was under construction (like new windows). It was all finished in a timely manner and his staff were efficient and very nice. John was always stopping by to check on things too. We are ""over the top"" pleased and are already thinking about what our next plan with the house will be!

We just completed a complete remodel of our kitchen with structural changes. We also had solid hardwood floors installed throughout all living areas downstairs. We had the greatest experience with Coxco and the final results exceeded our expectations. John (owner) and his crew were very professional and very delightful to work with. We also really appreciated that John stopped by the house regularly to make sure the work was completed to his standards. We highly recommend Coxco and plan to use them in the near future for more remodeling projects.

We had Coxco do an extensive remodel on our home in Richardson about 5 years ago and we love it! They expanded our kitchen, breakfast area and den, incorporating a covered patio with the den. This meant removing a fireplace/chimney and a load bearing wall. The support beam that replaced the wall was hidden in the attic and it looks great. We are very pleased with the work done and we highly recommend John and his team.
