The roof work is excellent. The communication is awful. We almost went with another company but gave them the benefit of the doubt. They were very apologetic about the miscommunication at the beginning of the job but we still don't have the new sky light installed and the roof was completed in mid-March.

They have no website, there is only one telephone number. My husband has emailed them with not reply.

During this past December's heavy rains my roof started leaking above the kitchen, enough to start dripping through the ceiling. I couldn't figure out exactly where the problem was, though when I went onto the roof I could see a couple of shingles that looked like they might be the problem. A neighbor gave me the phone number for Cox Roofing. Dave Cox responded quickly and worked on my roof for maybe 45 minutes, caulked a few weak spots he identified which were NOT where I thought the problem was, said he hoped that would do the trick, and refused payment. He is obviously beyond fair and isn't out to BS anyone into paying for a job they don't really need. We've had only a couple of light rains since then but no leaks so far. Thank you Mr. Cox!

As a general contractor, Cox Roofing has been installing my roofs for years. I have never seen a more professional crew of tradesmen, or a higher quality of installation. I would highly recommend them to any homeowner in need of a roof replacement.

Mr. Cox and his crew performed short cuts. They did not provide what I payed for. Short cut the eves and damaged the fame/wood. Horrible job would not recommend they to any one. They came highly recommend, licensed and bonded, visually terrible job, and construction work. They will come and repaid their horrible work, but what's the point if they do another terrible job. They waste your time and theirs with a terrible blotched repair job.
