We used Cowboys Roofing to replace our roof. The workers worked hard and were polite. Little bit of a language barrier with the workers if I had to speak with them. That was the only hiccup. They were always on time and got the job done quickly. David the owner was quick to respond if I had any concerns. I would recommend Cowboys Roofing.

Cowboys Roofing did a great job. David and his crew were awesome. I contacted Cowboys to do a complete reroof on a 3000 sqft. roof. They got the old roof torn off, did repair work, and put the new roof down quickly. They left the job clean, nothing left behind but a beautiful new roof! Very professional. David kept in constant contact throughout the project and emailed my permit and 50yr warranty to me immediately after completion. I can't recommend these guys enough.

Yesterday morning at 9 a.m. Ryan and Walter that are these 2 employees who work for Cowboy's Roofing and Construction Company knocked at my front door.
I opened up my door and asked Ryan and Walter , how can I help them?
Ryan and Walter said they are here at my mom's house to repair and to replace all of the Red Brick Roofing Tiles on the whole Roof. I also talked to

David this manager of Cowboy's Roofing and Construction Company later this afternoon at 5 p. m. David said there is a (10 years warranty) on this Roofing Replacement Service on my mother's house roof. And there is also a (30 year warranty) for the Tarmack it looks like roofing special paper that goes underneath these Red Roofing Tiles This Tarmack is frequently used to protect the Roof from having these heavy rain coming into the house. There has been really bad weather conditions with these (heavy rain storms in (January, February, and even March of 2023).

Ryan also said to me that it's going to take approximately (2 days) to replace my mom's whole Roof because this Roof is really huge and it's a labor intensive Roofing Construction job.

Ryan and Walter both of these guys were very professional and really polite to me but both of these men spoke very little English and mostly were speaking to me in the Spanish language.

Then I told Walter that I know the (Spanish language) and I can speak Spanish but I haven't spoken Spanish in a long time because my primary language is English. Walter looked at me then he started laughing. Then both Ryan and Walter smiled at me and said No Habla English Senorita only Spanish.

I told Walter it looks like we have a communication issue. Then I laughed and I told Walter and Ryan who are both Spanish speakers that I am going to call their office right now and talk to Samantha whose their Secretary and she speaks the English language really good and she also can speak the Spanish language really well so she can communicate with me and also relay my conversation back to them in their language. Samantha was very helpful and really knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable speaking to her.

I asked Samantha , What is the process of how these Red Brick Roofing Tiles will be replaced on my mom's House entire roof?

Samantha said first all of these older Red Brick Roofing Tiles will be removed along with this Tarmack Paper it's a special type of thicker paper that is used underneath these Red Brick Roofing Tiles that are nailed into the entire roof using longer length nails and using a hammer. This is a really difficult process and a very labor intensive construction Job.

Samantha told me there will be 3 Spanish Roofers who will be working on the roof yesterday at 10 a.m. up until almost 8:00 p.m That's a total work of 10 hours these hard working people were working on my mom's entire Roof. I watched (Ryan, Walter, and Alex) who started the process in removing all of these Red Brick Roofing Tiles and they have also removed all of this old Tarmack Thicker Roofing Paper that protects the whole roof from the Rain coming into the house during these Rainy weather conditions.

Cowboy's Roofing and Construction Company has done an amazing work on my mom's whole roof in the Roofing Replacement Service. Their employees deserve a lot of recognition for their hard work they did for these past (2 days) from (Wednesday, April 12. 2023 and on Thursday, April 13, 2023).

I was very happy and really satisfied with this excellent job that (Alex, Ryan, Walter, and Edward), completing the Roofing Replacement Service on my mother's house roof. Their price that was quoted out to my sister was very Fair and Reasonable.

These Photos speak volumes but it is always required of me as an Elite 2023 Reviewer, to have to explain in detailed information what happened on doing this Roofing Replacement Service. My Reviews are very important just as much as my photos that I post to every new review that I have written on a business place I had an experience with.

I contacted David from Cowboys Roofing to set up an appointment to assess the leak I was having at a vent pipe. Angel arrived at the appointed time and climbed up on my second story roof. He took photos and showed me where the caulking had deteriorated around the pipe. He quickly returned to the roof and replaced the old caulking with new!

With all this recent rain, it is a relief to know the roof is repaired and no more leaks at the vent pipe. Thank You Angel and David. !!

After installing our roof we had no complaints and they had the work completed in less than a week.

Almost three months after the installation, while doing some home remodeling, we accidentally cut a couple of holes in the roof. I called Cowboy and asked about a repair. Within 24 hours of my phone cal,l Cowboy came out assessed the problem and made the repair in less than an hour!

I became acquainted with Cowboy's Roofing when they were the sub-contractor used by our solar installer. I was a little reluctant at first because I expected the solar contractor's staff to do the roofing. When I learned that in order to have the solar contractor's guys do it, it meant a 3-month delay. I said to go ahead with Cowboy's and was very glad I did. Their team was very efficient and highly skilled. They removed all of our existing concrete tiles and double-papered the roof. All vents and flashings were waterproofed and painted before the tiles were reinstalled. Every day, the crew did a thorough clean-up and left our yard free of debris.

A few months later, we installed a new vent system in a bathroom and in our kitchen. I called Cowboy's and they promptly send a tech out to determine what would be required. They removed tiles and made holes in the roof for the new vents. It was supposed to rain in a few days and they said they would return after the vents were installed indoors and before it rained. They did exactly that and again, in the same professional manner.

I have since recommended Cowboy's Roofing to friends and our general contractor. I highly recommend them to you!
