If these guys come to your door, slam it in their faces! They interfered with my insurance company calling them and saying they had to replace 2 sheets of decking which they said was rotten. I only found out about this after complaining about their crew destroying my neighbors landscaping and some of my bushes were cut in half by falling shingles and one of my patio chairs was tossed into my flowerbed next to my back fence and damaged. it belonged to my deceased mother and I had spent a great deal of money having it refurbished. The owner called to say he was going to repair my neighbors landscaping and pay for the repair on my chair. That is when he told me that they contacted my insurance about the decking being replaced. They never contacted me about that until it was done. I had my chair powder coated and replaced the fabric. Now it has to be re-powder coated and the fabric replaced again. I doubt he's going to do anything about that. They brought my neighbor 6 pieces of sod and just laid it on his walkway area. Real professional. I'm so embarrassed that this happened to him so I'm doubting anything will happen for my chair. This company need to have their licence taken away if they even have a licence. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for what ever good that does. Horrible experience!! Stay away!

I have just been through one month of HELL with Cowboy Roofing and finally fired them because I lost confidence in their ability to complete the work and clean up their mess. I am left with large areas of paint overspray on windows, brick and concrete and many areas that were not painted or need repainting. The fence they put up will have to be completely taken down and redone because nothing is straight or level. My mortgage company has to inspect my roof and if it does not pass I will file suit on Cowboy Roofing to get my $45K back. The whole thing is nothing but one broken promise after another. I recommend you find a better company.

Charlie and his crew did a great job. We had our roof, gutters, and fence re-done after a major hailstorm. He was recommended to us and they did an outstanding job! DFW locally owned by a fireman. I'll call him again if we ever need the roof done again. (Hopefully not for a little while though!)

Charlie did the gutters all around my house. They did a wonderful job, it matches and sets up perfectly against my roofline that you can't even tell I have gutters up. And plenty of down spots so there's no worry about too much water flowing to one and pouring over. I also got the leaf guards, glad I did! And it didn't d Ben take as long as projected, which fit into my schedule, thank you again!
