After the painters finished the house they broke 8 tiles and Mark without hesitation schedules someone from Cover right to come back and replace the tiles. I had a roof installed 2 1/2 years ago, by this company. On Thanksgiving Day, we had a minor leak in the garage over the water heater. It was a major rain event and this past Wednesday, (12/4) was another event. I called Andy. And they took care of the problem and checked the other pipes and sealed those as well. The work was to replace the existing single layer felt paper under the concrete tiles with two layers of felt papers and re-lay using the existing tiles on a two story house. Craig Brown gave me a very detail explanation of the types of material and re-laying process. Juan, the installer, spent about two weeks to complete the re-laying. We are extremely happy with his work. We'll not hesitate to use this company if we're to re-lay the tiles again.

I got multiple quotes that varied significantly in price, but they all were proposing the same thing. Lift all the tiles and redo the entire roof. Mark was different. He took the time to study our roof and proposed addressing the underlying issues. His solution was more comprehensive but less expensive since he didn't fix what wasn't broken. He fixed a number of items that wouldn't have been fixed by the other proposals. He took the time to go over each detail of his work and why it was necessary. I've had numerous leaks in my roof over the years, and now I finally feel confident that the roof has been properly addressed.
