Buyer Beware!!! If you're looking for a company with loyalty and integrity Jason and Covenant Roofing aren't the guys. We provided a service for him and he's yet to pay the invoice past due 60 days! We've made multiple attempts to get in contact with him. Jason please contact us and pay your over due invoice. We're a small local business and our team worked above and beyond for you. Have some compassion and don't avoid people.

Buyers beware on this company. This company doesn't do a good job on installing a roof and they don't stand behind their warranty. In May 2017 after a hail storm they installed a new roof for us. They said it had a 10 year warranty for workmanship. In May 2018 after some heavy rains the roof started leaking. After numerous calls to the company and I mean numerous calls, someone finally answer and they sent someone to repair the leaks. They said it was all repaired. In early May 2019 after heavy rains again the roof started leaking in almost the same place as before. Again like last year I called numerous times before I was finally able to reach someone (Jason). He assured me he would send someone out to repair the leaks. Well you guessed it...NO ONE SHOWED UP...Am I surprised by this, absolutely not. Again my experience has not been good with this company.

So disappointed with this roofer. Dozens of roofers out there and they all roof houses. This roofer damaged my lawn and ignored my requests to fix it. Have an ugly swath of dead grass in my front yard.

After talking with Jason and letting him know up front I needed only my fence repaired , he had an employee come by the hose in Anna , Texas . I talked with Jared and asked for a written estimate for fence repairs only . Jared did not follow up from our appt. on Jan. 12 ,2017 and on Jan. 17 I called 3 different numbers for Covenant Roofing and no answer until an evening call to Jared's phone number 972-763-3684 and he answered. I was informed he could not help with fence only because it was a loss leader to get the roofing business . And his boss Jason did not want to lose money . They both wasted my time. They could not or would not break out the cost of the fence even though they repaired the shared fence with my neighbors . I needed a bill to submit to insurance for my claim . NOT A TRUST WORTHY COMPANY - BAIT AND SWITCH TATICS - NOT GOOD .

We are fairly new homeowner in Prosper and we were having some pretty bad water leaks. We called Jason right away and he was able to come out very quickly and able to identify the problem which helped us to be able to get our builder to take ownership and fix them for us. I loved that he was honest and straight forward and able to help us to get our problem fixed without it costing us a fortunate or an insurance claim on us. His honesty and integrity is something you don't see very often in today's world. I will definitely remember to call him if/when we have to repair/replace the roof. Thanks again!

I will be using Covenant Roofing a second time this week. The first time they came they were able to come very fast. When the owner, Jason, got here, he was very thorough and took his time. He answered all my roofing questions, as well as some general construction questions. While here, I got a phone call my husband had been in an accident and Jason offered to help my family in any way he could, which was very touching. Jason is very kind and helpful! He is very adept at navigating insurance (a definite plus with these local storms) and he is *very* knowledgeable. I highly recommend Covenant Roofing!
