Had used them before for a repair around our chimney, they found the leak and fixed properly.
This time, we needed a new roof due to hail storm damage.
They were fairly priced, kept us informed throughout the process, and finished the job promptly.

Paid for A+ roof and got C grade work. They chipped stucco with shovels removing old shingles. Leak caused structure damage and they only sealed leak that caused damage. Tried many times for the repair and nothing. I wouldn't trust this bunch

Review is based solely on salesman experience , not workmanship.
Covenant sales staff was very responsive and was able to provide a fast quote. That's the only positive takeaway from this review.
The salesman showed up and used every unscrupulous sales tactic in the book to pressure an elderly widow into a bad deal...from ""just trying to help"" to ""rainy season is coming and scheduling will be difficult"" to ""other contractors will put a lien on your property or sue you if they hurt themselves"" to ""what'll it take to get this job today"".
Truly an awful experience.
Cap it off with a 30% higher price than the next highest estimate and high cost/margin finance options and you can see why we went elsewhere.
To covenant, you can do better. Train sales staff to be professional and offer quality work at a competitive price. Encourage instead of discourage homeowners to get competitive quotes so they can make an informed decision and use your company based on its merits.
100% do not recommend.
* I almost forgot the bogus work reference. Salesman made a phone call to provide a reference while he was standing in front of me. He called, said ""hey, I need a reference"" and handed me his phone. He didn't explain who he was or what company he was with to the person on the other end of the phone. Clearly a set up.

I contacted this agency to come inspect our roof for a potential leak and to see what steps they suggested we take afterwards. They were quick to send someone out to inspect our roof and stated that they would send their review to someone within their team and that someone will contact me within a couple days for next steps. Well, over 3 weeks had passed without hearing back from the agency. I contacted the agency via phone and the woman that picked up stated that there weren't any notes in the system, explaining what the man had found or not found. A contractor contacted me via cell phone a couple days in a row, stating he was going to correct this mistake and apologized heavily. He stayed in contact for a couple days, then stopped communicating. I'm hiring someone else to address our roofing concerns and I'll be sure to NOT recommend Covenant Roofing to any of my friends, co workers, business professionals or people in passing . Terrible experience with the lack of communication and execution to their promise.

Covenant sent Paul to go over every step from products to start date to various machines and why that will arrive when the office will contact us. He had three prices and explained the difference in product and how the difference effects and protects the roof and pricing. We never felt pressured or conned. Since we had three other estimates of 14,000, 17,000, 33,000 we decided to go with Covenant because the price was 28,000 with much better product and warranties. We liked the crew is vetted, trained, and stay with the company. In addition, they are not subcontracted or picked up at a local need work site. As an elderly couple we are not comfortable with nonvetted individuals on our property. My husband never goes with the cheapest or the most expensive. Covenant made the process easy, but most importantly they were insured and carry workman's comp which should be important to every homeowner due to liability insurance. Paul also knew we both had memory issues and was patient to go back over things.

Covenant has the best personnel and ethics, and I would highly recommend this excellent company to family and friends! Friendly helpful staff from Julie C (office staff) who answered my questions and coordinated my project with Chris T, the Service Manager who reviewed the project and put his best team in charge of completing the repair. The installers Jason B and Hunter were on time and SO courteous and respectful, especially Jason B who went above and beyond and kept the jobsite neat and clean! What an amazing young man! Thank you Jason for taking such pride in your work! Whether you need a complete roof or a repair call Covenant Roofing! I highly recommend this excellent company!

if I could I would give this company a negative start my mother is up in age and the sales person took advantage of her by not giving her choices of samples of colors and told her that he knew what was on her roof and when it was brought to the attention of the company the company refused to do anything about it after they had put gray on her roof which is the wrong color and the sales person denied that he didn't show her samples I'm informing people for their own safety to not use this company and inform what had happened to my mother also they told her that she needed to repaint her house anyways which is wrong On so many levels

I noticed a leak in my roof at the same time I received notice from my insurance company that it was time to replace the roof. I have never had to deal with roof repair nor replacement but Covenant made the process very easy for me. Chris came out to look at the roof in a day. He thoroughly inspected the roof and came to me with photos and more information than I could possibly remember. He advised me of all my options from color of shingles to type underlayment to financing options. Allan and his crew were at the house before the week was out an the roof was completed the same day. I was kept updated throughout the process with calls, emails and photos. I am more than pleased with Covenant's work and would recommend them to everyone.

Brian came out for an inspection since we had noticed a leak around our chimney. Two other roofing companies told us after a 2 minute inspection it must be the chimney flashing and it would cost thousands of dollars. Brian took his time actually inspecting the roof and was able to determine that the leak was not caused by poor flashing but by a hole in the stone chimney grout. Fortunately for us this is a relatively cheap fix a stone mason can perform. So even though this ended up not being a roofing problem, Brian was very thorough and honest in helping us diagnose the problem. He was very knowledgeable and friendly as well. We really appreciate his help! If we have roofing issues in the future we will definitely call Covenant!
