We called them at the recommendation of good friends. I highly recommend this company. Carlos arrived when he said he would and we received a written quote within 24 hours. Once we scheduled a date, his crew arrived right on time. The crew was friendly and hard working. Everyone seemed to know their part and I was amazed at how quickly the job was finished. The roof and the gutters look great.

I had a scheduled solar installation planned. I wanted to do some roof repairs prior to install. I thought I had 20+yrs remaining on my 17 year old 50 year roof. 3 roofers and a contractor all told me I'd be lucky to get 5 to 10 yrs. I had trouble getting anyone to bid. The bids I did get were eye popping and could not meet my time frame to get the solar done. The solar installer recommended Cost U Less, saying they had done over 70 roofs for them. Cost U Less got me scheduled within 2 weeks. Carlos was awesome to work with. Communicated well at all phases from bid to permit. The crew was fantastic. They not only did a great job on the install, they corrected the flaws of the previous roofer, realigned gutters and took care of the dry rot. They went above and beyond. And yes, they cost me way less than the other bids. Highest recommendation!

Needed a new roof and skylights on a flat roof home. A neighbor recommended Cost U Less Roofing as they had their re-roof done by them and were very pleased. I had already received an estimate from another roofer but wasn't too impressed by their sales person who came out. When Carlos (owner) came out to assess the roof to give a quote he was very professional and well prepared. Brough samples to show and answered all my questions. His whole crew were professional, accommodating, polite and worked very hard the whole time they were working on our roof. Each day they cleaned up the area before leaving. The job they did turned out to be 5 stars right down to all the detailed work. Highly recommend this company.

You can not beat Carlos and his crew, fair prices, very fair, and did much more dry rot wood replacement for us here in Suisun at no extra cost. The quality and workmanship is top notch. And you can't expect better punctuality. And we ended up with a CLASS ""A,"" 40 Yr. Cool shingle as well as a total re-sheathing job, five thumbs up.

Carlos from Cost U Less came out in the middle of a series of storms and immediately found the issue with my leaking roof. Carlos then made an adjustment to his schedule and had his team get to work as soon as possible. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and outstanding work from his crew. Ive known Carlos back when we drove truck. So I called him when I needed a new roof on my 2 car garage. Carlos came out and gave me a very good price and told me it would only take a day. When they showed up they were there on time and went right to work with only 3 guys. by early afternoon they were done. I know how to roof a house i just chose not to do it due to my old age, So Carlos's crew went the extra mile and did a perfect job fixing rotted timbers on the eve's and replaced the rain gutters and put on a new roof. I cant thank you enough and I would highly recomend his crew to anyone.

Carlos came over to give me a bid and said he would get back to me in 3 or 4 days never heard back from him again. I tried reaching out via text and calls and nothing. Very disrespectful and irresponsible, I would not recommend him for any job.

Such a breath of fresh air!

After many many quotes and less than competent contractors who could not even write a simple estimate or use professional courtesy, it was a pleasure to work with Carlos!

We had Carlos replace our entire roof and install new gutters with leaf guards. Carlos was at our house multiple times a day checking in with us and with his crew.

The crew was fast, efficient, organize, clean and so polite...oh and quiet too, well as quiet as a roof removal and install can be

Carlos made suggestions when he saw something that may need extra attention and was very emeritus with his time and costs. There was no nickel and dime-ing us, just honesty and good work!

We really appreciated working with such a wonderful company and recommend Carlos and his crew to everyone!

Carlos was recommended to me by my painter, Universal Painting. I met with him on Tuesday, August 22nd and he was able to do the repairs on Friday, August 25th. He was aware that I was scheduled to have my home painted on August 31st. He not only did the repairs we identified during our walk thru but a few extra's with no added cost. He repaired a leaky gutter that I had been attempting to repair for years.

I was pleased with the work and the cost. I would use him again.
