Carlos came over to give me a bid and said he would get back to me in 3 or 4 days never heard back from him again. I tried reaching out via text and calls and nothing. Very disrespectful and irresponsible, I would not recommend him for any job.

Such a breath of fresh air!

After many many quotes and less than competent contractors who could not even write a simple estimate or use professional courtesy, it was a pleasure to work with Carlos!

We had Carlos replace our entire roof and install new gutters with leaf guards. Carlos was at our house multiple times a day checking in with us and with his crew.

The crew was fast, efficient, organize, clean and so polite...oh and quiet too, well as quiet as a roof removal and install can be

Carlos made suggestions when he saw something that may need extra attention and was very emeritus with his time and costs. There was no nickel and dime-ing us, just honesty and good work!

Carlos was recommended to me by my painter, Universal Painting. I met with him on Tuesday, August 22nd and he was able to do the repairs on Friday, August 25th. He was aware that I was scheduled to have my home painted on August 31st. He not only did the repairs we identified during our walk thru but a few extra's with no added cost. He repaired a leaky gutter that I had been attempting to repair for years.

I was pleased with the work and the cost. I would use him again.

Extremely Satisfied with our roof replacement completed by Carlos and his professional team with Cost U Less Roofing! Communication is great, estimate was very reasonable, on time both days and they cleaned up everydayand. Our neighbor a retired roofer watched the whole process start to finish from his porch. This Team is amazing! My old shake roof finally decided to ""shake"" right on off this winter and I was forced to take on and research a reliable roofer. Just about everyone in Solano county needed a roof it seemed, we had quite the winter rains. After numerous phone calls and costly estimates I found Cost U Less. My decision to go with them was truly a wise move. I was scheduled in about 5 weeks out and when the date came they were ready to roll! The crew worked hard with Temps in the 100's (July), so dedicated in getting the job done!They came in and immediately got busy! By days end you can hear the blower going as they cleaned up after each task leaving the property spotless. Kudos to his wife also who was so pleasant in her customer contact phone skills. 5 stars to this wholeTeam!

Called yesterday and set up an appointment for 1:00 - 1:30 this afternoon. I knew they were probably busy since we've had bad weather so I gave then the benefit of the doubt as to why they were probably running late. I called the office at about 3:45 and again around 5:00 with a final call at 6:05 and they were closed. This is a pretty poor way of doing business. Unreliable, call another roofer. I'm certainly going to.
