We needed a new roof and got a few quotes. I really liked the materials they use and the price they ended up offering was much better than the other quotes I received. May was really helpful with planning and any questions I had. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves each day. Our new roof looks great and had no leaks or issues during our first storm.

With the first rainfall we had a minor leak which seeped into the downstairs hallway. Blake came out right away and assured us that, if it was their fault, they would take care of it. It turned out that during the demolition and re-roofing project, some roofing nails and other detritus fell into a downspout which then backed up and overflowed, resulting in the leak. They cleaned it out and Alfredo's crew put in new sheetrock and paint, making it like new again. Great service and they stood behind their work.

I wouldn't trust these guys when it comes to quotes. Here's what happened to me -
I had a deck I needed built, I was quoted 28k but if I used Trex they had in stock they would drop it to 22k.
They called a few days later I explained that was above what I had budgeted for and didn't realize how much decks were as I thought I'd be closer to 15k.
They came back and agreed to doing it for 17k. I agreed, and even ran my credit through their lender and got approved for a loan for most of the cost.
Before we began I had a few questions about the project to ensure it was done right, owner sends a worker out and then decided the project was more difficult than he expected because I'm by a hill and changed the price to 35k..even higher than the initial quote.
After calling him out on it, he offers around 26, I said no and that was it.
After all that wasted time, effort, and even running my credit, I don't trust these guys and wouldn't recommend anyone I know working with them.

Cosmic did a fine job on my much needed roof project. I even updated the gutters. Team was on time and on budget. Blake, the project manager made sure everything was handled including the proper inspections. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a new roof. I'm pleased with the results.

We are in the process of replacing a roof Cosmic installed about 1.5 years ago. The new roofers were shocked our roof did not leak. In their exact words, they told us they did not think Comic knew what they were doing. Among other things, the overlap between the shingles was too narrow. They think we have the drought to thank for not experiencing leaks.

Cosmic roofing lacks honesty and integrity. We purchased a home with a new roof that had been installed by Cosmic one month prior to sale. One year later we have to completely replace the roof due to leaking tar dripping down from the roof. When I reached out to Cosmic as we have a warranty, they stated this was not their fault b/c the leaking underlayment was coming from residue from a prior roof. They offered to send someone out to take a look and the man they sent defensively stated this is not my fault and began yelling at my wife. They did not offer to help repair the roof. Instead they offered to remove the old roof at cost. We wrote back (3 times) to accept their offer to remove the roof and they failed to respond. What we have experienced is lack of accountability, extreme disrespect, and lack of follow through and honesty. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU VALUE HONESTY AND INTEGRITY.

They were available the next week and showed up on time, wearing masks and practicing social distancing. They stained our back deck and it came out looking fantastic. They then re-concreted our garage floor. They cleaned up after themselves and the manager came back to collect payment and make sure everything was done perfectly a few days later. Highly recommend them.
