Cosenza Roofing saved me $500000! My home was up for sale during the record rainfalls of March and April 2020. In March after a few days of hard rain, I noticed a dark wet spot on my living room ceiling just above the left side of my fireplace. I had a roof installed in 2013 by Cosenza Roofing with a 30 year warranty. I was panicking and called Robert Cosenza, the owner. He came over the next day to check his roof. It turned out that his roof was fine. The culprit was the chimney flashing and the chimney chase cover. Even though it was not his fault, he fixed my leak with expert caulking and expert craftsmanship. Spring Valley had record rainfall in the ensuing weeks while my home was up for sale. There was a week where we had 7 inches of rain but I have had no leaks whatsoever. My home sold and I have Robert Cosenza to thank! There may be bigger roofing companies in San Diego County but none better and none more reliable.
