We heard nothing but great things about Cortlandt Roofing from the local wineries and breweries, and hoped that they would be willing to roof our home, which is a considerable drive for them. Todd gave us a comprehensive and fair estimate within the week and we decided to go with Cortlandt Roofing. Their crew showed up on time, were professional, respectful, very hard-working and did a beautiful job. Our roof was gorgeous, and they left our yard cleaner than when they arrived! We have had absolutely zero problems or complaints, and we don't foresee any. But after meeting Todd and his crews and hearing from many others in the community, we believe any issues that may come up will be dealt with quickly and fairly. We have already recommended Cortlandt Roofing to our family members.

While Todd may do good work, they do NOT honor their warranty. I just bought a house in May, and they have refused to return my calls until this week, after I filed a complaint with the BBB. They told me that they have since booked up their ""season"", so they can get to repairing the failed flashings until next year. Oh, and if they do it, they are going to charge me for it, even though flashings are integral to the roofing system they installed (modified bitumen), and they installed them. The unexpired warranty was written as work done, not issued to a person, so its not like there is an actual escape clause. I am continuing with the BBB, but I believe that legal action is the only way that I am going to get them to honor their warranty. I will update as the situation progresses.

I was refer to Todd by another general contractor. I needed to get 4 different bids for my apartment complex in Rohnert Park, total of 4 buildings, so 4 roofs. Todd's bid was not only more economical, but he was also using higher quality material, at $22,000 per roof, you want to make sure you are getting quality labor, but also long lasting materials. After the roofs were finished, the job site was left clean and no debris was left behind. Yes, i do recommend Todd for your roofing needs.
