Super impressed with Cortez roofing. We had a solar job and wanted someone objective to take a look at the roof before the final sign off. Elvis Cortez came out the same day, took plenty of photos (yes there was damage!) and enabled us to hold the solar company accountable. We also later used Cortez for some tune up work on an of tile roof and they worked quickly and at a very fair price. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking a trustworthy, prompt, local contractor.

Can't say enough about what a professional, respectful, kind and efficient person Elvis is. We had a leak in our roof and Elvis was quick to assess the problem and repaired it with skill. He also replaced rotted fascia boards.
This was a few years ago and we have not had any problems with it since.

We have referred him to so many neighbors and friends and our friends are always so impressed with him, his work and his fair pricing.

We have called him back to assess if there are are other issues that need to be addressed and he is honest, never tries to get us to do something and assures us that he will come to check things out and fix when needed. He has even helped with our gutters to make sure that they are cleaned out.

We hired Elvis in January 2025 to work on the roof of our two-story, 2,200-square-foot home with an attached garage. Elvis came highly recommended by our friends, as he had worked on their roof and several others in their neighborhood. All parties were very pleased with his work.

Roof maintenance on our house was long overdue. We needed a complete underlayment replacement and repairs to the eaves and fascia due to wood rot damage. Additionally, we required someone experienced in removing and reinstalling solar panels, as we have about 35 in total. While the panels were off, Elvis power-washed the roof tiles since they were still in good shape. This was a costly job, so not needing to replace the tiles or the solar system (which is very old but still functional) was great news. I'm grateful that Elvis saved me money there.

Elvis provided an accurate estimate regarding both cost and timeline. He also gave me professional recommendations for materials and repairs. The job took just a little over two weeks to complete. Elvis and his crew were punctual, professional, and meticulous. They took care to cover the pool to protect it from debris and cleaned up at the end of each day. The roof is now in excellent shape, just in time for the rain, and the solar system is back up and running.

I am very pleased with the work and highly recommend Elvis if you need roofing work done.
