We had a leaking from our ceiling. It made lots of mess and puddle on our wooden floor. So, we called Cortez roofing and luckily got the appointment the next day. Joshua came and inspect the cause of the leaking. His estimate quote is also reasonable. The roof repair got it done the next day, just before the heavy rain came. We're so glad he and his crews get the job done. We'll definitely call Joshua again if we need roof repair next time.

Its not too often you meet such an honest guy, Fidel gave us an estimate which was very reasonable and 3 days later work was done, after speaking with Fidel i will not only use him again but refer him to anyone who needs a job done, staff was great and wore masks, made sure when they left all was cleaned up. I would highly recommend, call them first!!

We hired them to do our fascia on our house, 2 workers showed up on day one then every other day one worker. Still not completely done called J.Cortez to finish and never called me back. The wood in the back was horrible, cracked and surface was not smooth.

My roof had a leak in my daughters room it wasnt noticed till it started raining heavy around 8pm, i couldnt get anyone out and i got ahold of joshua, he came out at 830pm to lay a tarp on my roof so water wouldnt come in and he followed up the next day to see what exaclty needed to be fixed and gave me an estimate. I am so gratefull he came out so late and helped. He was really friendly and it was a reasonable price. I would deffinatly recommend

I recently had roof repair done by Cortez roofing. The guy that I met to give estimate was friendly and easy to talk to. he sounded knowledgeable However, he did not do much of the work and only time I heard from him was when he wanted a payment. They gave me best reasonable estimate however, they were not reliable and did not show up to do work til about 9 or 10 in the morning. One day they did not show up til 2 in afternoon and only worked 3 hrs that day. It took them over a week to complete work that should have been done in 4 to 5 days. Even though they gave best price for work, I would have paid more to have a reliable contractor complete work in 5 days. I would not recommend them even though their cost is lower. It was annoying wondering what time they would show up to work on the roof. The workers doing the work were ok but some were not too experienced. I had walk around to point trash to clean up. They were very good about cleaning up. I would not hire them again if I had my choice. I recommend people get full details of work in written contract...set payments of work depending on progress. I was too nice with them and paid more than i should have before work was completed.

Cortex Roofing is just the BEST. They do excellent work and their prices are reasonable. Always TRUSTWORTHY......which is rare today.

We own two...fourplexes and 3 rental homes besides my own home. I will only use Cortez Roofing on all rentals and MY OWN HOME. Great work at a reasonable price. They go the third mile to help you with anything too. JUST THE BEST!!!!!
