The flat section of roofing above my den was leaking, and Rich came out and gave me a number of options, all of which were cheaper than the next best estimate. His crew came out and did the job in a day. Fast and professional. They even replaced a couple of wood sections on my patio frame that were rotten. Rich checked in with me at the end of the day and went over everything to make sure I was happy with the work. We are very pleased with the result and will definitely use him again in the future. Note: Work was carried out in August 2015.

Rich Corson and his crew did a really great job. The bid was fair. The work was done by Mario and the guys. Quick, professional. They removed all the spanish tile, replaced the paper barrier and then replaced all the tile. The crew cleaned up every night and the job was done exactly as bid. Very happy with the work.
