Not very professional nor prompt in getting back to me with a written estimate. 5 days after his visit here and promise to send me one, I had still not heard from him ! I had to telephone him today to find out the status

I just read his response to this review.

It would have saved a lot of confusion if he would have explained when he looked at the house that he only prepared estimates on Sunday. I needed a reply so that I could decide what action I needed to take to satisfy the park -- who was insisting that I wash the house RIGHT AWAY !!

While I was flexible on the ACTUAL date of the work (as I told him), I needed to know HIS price so that I could decide whether to have him do it, get someone else, or wash it myself.

I sent him 2 emails (8th and 9th) inquiring about the estimate. It would have only taken him a few moments to simply reply that he would get the estimate out Sunday. I noticed that he wasn't TOO busy to write an immediate reply to this review ??

Corradini Roof Restoration & Exteriors did a lot of terrific work on a house getting ready for sale. Carlos came all the way to Orick, gave a most reasonable bid and did an amazing job cleaning gutters and installing new ones, moss removal from the roof, power washing, and some repairs. I live out of the area and Carlos and I did all our business over the phone. He communicated everything perfectly, updating daily on what he was doing. I'd hire this company again in a heartbeat. Very reliable and excellent quality work.

I live under redwood trees, and my roof was covered in moss. Corradini Restoration cleaned the 3 roofs, gutters and down-spouts on my house. The results were dramatic. My roof looked brand new again. All the moss, dirt and debris was gone. They were courteous, professional and did a great job. Their price was fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend their roof cleaning/restoration process for anyone with a dirty or mossy roof.

I had Corradini Restoration clean/restore my roof They did an excellent job, I would highly recommend their service. My roof is about 20 years old and was covered with moss and grime. They did a great job going the extra mile to make sure they got all the moss off. They got the job done in one day which was impressive and when they left all the debris was taken away so the area around the house and rain gutters we're left clean. They used a low pressure method so the roofing material wasn't damaged, now my roof looks brand new again. I'm hoping I can get another 15 years out of it now.
