I called Cornerstone regarding a leak in what I thought was my roof. the water was running down the exterior wall of the house under the roof overhang for the porch (no interior issues thankfully). The Cornerstone technician examined the situation and explained that the water problem did not stem from the roof, but from breaks in caulking and trim boards around my dormers. He showed me pictures of the problems, as well as how the flashing, shingles, etc. were all fine. This made a lot of sense to me, since the roof is less than 4 years old from new construction. And, I have had issues with the workmanship of trim and caulking around windows from this builder. There was no charge for the Cornerstone technician to come and do his diagnostic. Another roofing company had just quoted me a charge of over $1,500 for them to repair or replace the roof around the dormers, which was not making sense. I hope not to need a new roof or roof repair for some time, but when I do I am calling Cornerstone. I come from an era when a person's handshake was more worthy than a contract - and honesty and integrity ruled the day. Cornerstone exhibited what some might say are ""old fashioned"" values. Cornerstone Roofing put a brand new roof on our house this year. The owner Kerry Rogan is extremely professional and honest. The crew were excellent as well and cleaned everything up before they left. Highly recommended!

Needed estimates for an area of roofing/soffit on the gazebo of the front porch. A big piece of wood had fallen and we had no idea what was going on. Called 4 companies. One only did roofs, no wood work at all. The other 3 came out, and all had different opinions, and estimates. Kerry Rogan, the owner, came out for Cornerstone. We were very impressed with his knowledge and suggestions. Went with Cornerstone because they didn't just do a quick fix, but came up with a solution so we shouldn't have the problem again. The work was excellent, you can't tell there had ever been a problem. Plus they installed some new gutters with larger spouts. There was one small part of the job that was delayed, but Kerry was a man of his word and sent his men back to do the extra work. Very impressed with Cornerstone and would definitely use them if the need arises.
