New build with lots of leaks. Inspection deemed my roof gross negligence. Make sure you have an inspection by a qualified roof consultant. It's not cheap but neither are repairs.

Aweful work. This company is doing the roof of my new-build house and created leaks in multiple rooms in front and back of the house. They came back to ""repair"" their work. I had it inspected and got 10 pages of issues---including ""subpar"" work. Missing flashing, Damaged shingles. Repaired shingles using filler instead of new shingles (which they damaged with toe board nails). Three areas had nail heads exposed as if someone just hammered a nail right on top of a shingle (nothing covering it)! Extremely lazy and incompetent work.

Just aweful. I have to wait for another round of ""repairs"". I'll have to get that inspected, too. If any of these people step foot on my roof an inspection is needed.

Don't pass on inspections just because you have a new build home. Companies like this will take advantage of you for sure. I only caught their original defective work using a thermal camera after it rained. I just wonder how many homes in the community were touched by this company.

Maybe I should get an estimate from Corey to review the work at this new build home.

Worked with Nate on my roof repair from tornado, despite the delays in getting repair workers to my house, Nate was always available and keeping me upto date. Repair work was done professionally as well. Highly recommend them.
