Terrible quality of work and unprofessional. Didn't do things right the first time and were asked to come back to fix things, but only made things worse.

I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

They've wrecked the roof on my new build home---that I have yet to move into. Thanks to their work, I found THREE water intrusions in three different rooms front AND back of the house. Not an isolated issue. That's just the start. A subsequent roof inspection resulted in TEN PAGES of defects and included comments like ""subpar"", missing flashing, damaged shingles, exposed nailheads (they just nailed onto the TOP of a shingle...nothing covering it), shingles that could fly off if windy (not adhered properly), etc. etc.

Best part! The inspection was done AFTER they came back to fix their handywork that caused the original 3 water leaks. Their repairs need repairs. The absolute scary thing is this company probably walked on many roofs in this new build community. I would never have known about the leaks or other incompetent work if not for my own thermal camera and paying for roof inspection. The suckers that moved in without checking Corey Construction's work is in for a real treat come a year from now---when warranty expires and they lose all leverage.

Corey Construction recently completed a complete reroof on our home. We had an outstanding experience with Corey Construction. They did a beautiful job, were always on time, and were very careful with our property. The staff was friendly and very responsive to any questions or concerns.
It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Their customer service is terrible. After they come do an inspection you have to hunt them down for any information on the next steps. They'll say they'll call you back and won't. Calling the office number does nothing because all they'll do is tell you to call the project manager, who won't call you back. It's ridiculous actually. Why should you have to chase someone down for something that is warrantied? I didn't ask for this company to install my roof. It just happened that that's who the builder chose, so now I'm stuck with them, as ineffective and apathetic as they are. What is the resolution if nobody calls you back?

I finally got someone to respond to me. He gave me a price and said they'd send someone over tomorrow. Guess what? Nobody showed up and nobody called to say they wouldn't be coming by to do the repair. I can't believe how unprofessional they are and how they just don't care.

Corey roofing is not calling me back, I have had my new home for 4 years.

They will not return my phone call and will not warranty their work

I have black mold and a sinking roof

They could easily come and fix the area they are responsible for before it turns into something bigger

Where is the integrity of a business

When it comes to roofing companies, many have horrible stories. Quite the contrary with Chris Reynolds with Corey Roofing & Construction. The crews were on time. Chris ran the jobsite and completed the project quickly and the end product was fantastic! We can confidently say we will always use Chris and Corey Roofing as our ""go to"" source for our roofing and exterior projects.

After they inspected the roof, they informed me of areas that needed immediate resolution. After authorizing repairs, they never showed. I called and texted with assurances they would address the damaged roof. One week latter, no repairs done.

Thank you for the free inspection.

On 8/5/2015 I had a new roof installed by Corey Roofing and Construction and my salesperson was Mr. Andy Kelly. On 8/6/2015, I met with Mr. Kelly and reported my extreme dissatisfaction with the sub-standard roof job. I have been advised by another local roofing company, a journey man and an adjuster to have the entire roof redone.

I had to wait almost two months after the proposal and estimate to have my roof installed. I was promised that Corey Roofing's best crews would be used for my project and that I was guaranteed a quality install. This cannot be further from the truth. I regret and rue the day I called Corey Roofing to do my home. I was misled because the BBB gives them an A+ and I found few complaints prior to having my roof installed. I feel that it is my duty to share my nightmarish experience.

The company name is Corey Construction and Roofing. Does that mean they can do both? The answer is NO. I have no comment on the construction side, but their roofing expertise is non-existent. They put a roof on my new build. We have had them out four times for leaks, and as I type this, I am listening to water dripping on my floor. These are not different leaks. It is in the same place. They seem incapable of fixing it although they give assurances that it is fixed.

The project manager has no knowledge of what the crew is doing, so scheduling between the two is extremely frustrating.

Save yourself and go with a real roofer.
