I'd give them negative stars if possible. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. I was charged $100K for a home solar system. System was never finished and I am now paying both a monthly electrical bill and monthly solar system costs for a system that was never finished and doesn't work. I've tried contacting them several times just to have them come out and finish the installation and turn the system on but no response. BBB and lawyers are now in play.

They scammed they go thru their financial institution where they just have to send pictures of panels on the roof to get paid out completely then they run away,doesnt install to the grid or nothing,and they close the company amd reopen a new one ,his name is cole farmer in utah and now they opened a new company called complete solar,so be careful and run away

This company robbed my senior citizen father of almost 90,000 dollars for a solar panel that HE DID NOT AGREE TO. NOW they no longer answer the phones. Save yourself and run when you see them comming. I will be taking them to court for Senior Abuse and cancel the contract they issued. Completely horrible company

they finished my project and I am up and running. However, I have been reaching out to customer service for a warranty claim and have not reach anyone since January 2024. I dont think they even exist as a company anymore or just have too many problems and dont want to deal with their customers issues. I would not recommend at all.

Save your time on reading the comments, worst company to work with. I payed out my system and they came and installed it a year later. Workmanship is disgusting. Customer service is disgusting promises on promises on promises and nothing was fulfilled. I will be contacting my attorney to discuss my options and suing them for all the negligence and lack of contract contract fulfillment. Contacting customer service is useless. They don't call or text back. Do not work with this company your time, effort and stress and go elsewhere run.

The owner cole farmer is a scammer they have pulled out of Florida and left hundreds of customers with out properly running solar equipment they sold cheap systems and didn't care if it was running or not they no longer answer there phones, anyone who is having issues should report them to the state so they can get finned and banned from selling solar these guys are a joke!!! In every state the sell in

This company is absolutely the worst. We signed up with them in good faith for our solar panels. The project began in June of 2023. It's now January 2024. We are STILL waiting for them to come back to complete the project. They don't have customer service. When you call they request you to text them your problem. They then. Send a computer generated text back saying they are working on it. It looks like we have been ghosted by them.

This is a terrible company. I recommend you avoid retaining them for your solar installation. They installed my panels six months ago without first getting a permit. This is their install practice because as soon as the panels are installed you start paying for them. They were inspected after six months, and they are neither safely nor properly installed and did not pass the inspection. They have offered no date or timeline to correct the improperly installed panels and schedule another inspection . They are not responsive to customer needs. Workmanship is poor.
