In 1999, George moved into a position centered on upholding the company's strong commitment to quality assurance. Meanwhile, Barbie, with her extensive experience in the construction sector since 1984, took on the role of managing Copp Roofing's daily operations full-time in 1996. Thanks to her leadership, the company prospered, adding new divisions like Siding and Decking. Furthermore, with Barbie obtaining a general contractor's B license, Copp Roofing and Construction now proudly provides complete solutions for all exterior construction requirements.

Barbie, originally from Orange County, has worked in the construction field since 1984, utilizing her administrative expertise in freeway, hospital, ground-up, tenant improvement, and residential projects. She served as a key support to presidents and vice presidents of several large construction firms. In 1996, she took on the full-time management of Copp Roofing's daily operations. Since then, the company has expanded, and with the addition of her general contractor's B license, they can now handle all exterior building needs. Under her leadership, Copp Roofing & Construction, Inc. has expanded to incorporate new divisions for Siding and Decking, as well as general construction.
