Just horrible. The charge $650 for a ""roof inspection."" The inspection only lasts Max 30 minutes, they don't take photos and they don't take measurements. And they only provide 2 page report. They don't get on the roof to inspect. Call TM roofing or John Simmons instead.

Hi Barbie,
we didn't have an issue with the $650 fee. We had an issue with the poor customer service, casual attitude and unwillingness to produce the report, even after we paid and attended the inspection. Here are further details of my interaction with your staff: We had the appointment scheduled for a Tuesday, I think. I received at least 3 calls the week prior telling me they could ""squeeze me in"" between appointments. Then, the young man who showed up told me immediately that it would be a quick inspection, just as he had mentioned on the phone. ""It won't take very long he said."" Before he even introduced himself, he told me that he won't be going on the roof. This was surprising to me and the group that was with me. He didn't bring any tools or a ladder, so he truly had no intention of going on the roof or measuring anything. He didn't even take any photos on his phone. He claimed that he didn't know the home had an attic or a detached garage (and almost didn't inspect them) when I emailed him a few times the details of the homes and what we were looking for.

I was very concerned about the quality of the report, so I emailed him explaining how important this was to us. Imagine my surprise when we received a REFUND of our $650 fee. HOURS later, we received an explanation after I had to call and speak to a very arrogant man who said ""We are not doing the report because I don't want to."" Wow, really? Because I asked for a good report he cancelled the order, after we paid and after the inspection was complete. In that moment, your inspector and his manager did not care about our situation. Well, now all of the public can read about it and be their own judge.

Lake Arrowhead is a tiny community for Copp staff to be treating it so badly. And for you to charge $650 for an inspection (that is more than general inspectors who are certified and provide 60+ page reports) - when you have no intention of spending more than 30 minutes at the home, take no photos or measurements and provide a two-page report - in my opinion - you are ripping people off.

Copp were recommended by a friend and while more expensive than others were definitely worth the cost. The crew showed up on time every day, took great care to protect our decks and plants and left the area spotless upon completion. Communication was excellent I highly recommend them.

I had a roof leak only in the porch area, which was surprising because my house was built in 2009. Nick was excellent. He climbed up there and noted that the porch area was built with staples instead of nails. He was able to replace the porch area only, which was a huge savings. He was concerned that the materials might not match, due to age and new products, however, I honestly can not see any difference.
The company was responsive, professional, and made this repair in a timely manner.

I had a leaking roof and very difficult to have somebody come and fix it in this area. The roof was not that old but placed by people from down the hill who are not familiar with the harsh storms up the mountain. I contacted several roof companies, and I was quite surprised with the professionalism of Copp Roofing from the beginning. Conner whom I called first was very informed, super polite, genuine, and also followed up with the call (deserves a very bright future for this talent and kindness). I had several questions and probably wasn't the easiest customer...However, I was very much impressed with their kindness and professional approach. The roof was replaced and it looks very very nice. They cleaned up everything, and did the entire job very quickly. I highly recommend them.

Copp Roofing is the best! They did two full GAF Solar Re-Roofs for me, one in Diamond Bar and one in Lake Arrowhead CA. They replaced and painted damaged wood, installed a new vent for my heater, installed an awesome new skylight, handled the entire permit process and so much more! The workmanship is amazing, I chose GAF Grand Sequoia for both houses and could not be more pleased with the beauty of the roofs and solar. Yes, the solar panels are beautiful!
Everyone there is so knowledgeable and skilled. From the start of the project to the end I always knew I was in good hands.
Best of all, they were never annoyed with my many questions :-) and believe me I can be very annoying. Many thanks to Conner, Nick, August, Teo, Dillon, Alonso and his entire crew.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Copp Roofing -

We had strong winds a few weeks back - fast forward to the heavy rainfall, I discovered some shingles had blown off and I had a leak in my garage.

Knowing more rain was coming in a few days, I reached out to Copp Roofing and Connor extremely responsive and helpful. They were able to squeeze me in and get things repaired just in time before the next rainfall!

So Copp Roofing...I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECCOMEND THEM!
Excellent customer service, excellent communication, excellent work, went above and beyond every chance they had! And no, I had never even met them in person. Everything was done over the phone/email, no joke. They even text! I'm telling you, it was the easiest house upgrade I've ever had done. Did I mention their warranty, on this particular roof line, is EXTREMELY LONG!!

I am beyond picky and am not ever confident in any ones work, because it's usually crap and I would end up having to argue to get whatever it was corrected. BUT NOT WITH COPP ROOFING! 100% Easy Peasy and I'm so grateful it was!

I wanted to add...I'm in Big Bear and I REALLY wanted a Green Roof. Turns out the manufacturer discontinued this color...couldn't believe it! I was SUPER bummed.
Connor, who was the only person I was in contact with (which I loved that it was one person-less confusion) went above and beyond to find it for me and guess what?!?! He found the last of it in Reno and had it shipped down! I was beyond elated as I was sure there was none left. Woohoo! Super Scored!

2 more rad things...in the pictures look at the little roof. I completely forgot I had that little roof that covers the meter and I never talked to Connor about it. When I came up after the job was complete, I was so surprised that they roofed the cute little roof!
The second rad thing is the pipes that stick out of the roof, THEY PAINTED THEM! What the heck?! They painted them to match the roof too! Check out the pics. I was genuinely surprised they were so thoughtful to March that...like shocked haha!
He never even mentioned/bragged that they did either of those things for me, which is such a cool and humble thing! I immediately contacted him to thank him for their awesomeness of course, as well as my pleasant surprise!

Anyway, bottom line...I would use them again and again and appreciate the ridiculously awesome craftsmanship, Customer Service and Perfectly Kind dealings with Connor and his team at Copp Roofing. Luckily for my pocket book, I don't need a roof that often haha!

THANKS FOR EVERYTHING Connor and Team! You're the Bestest in the Westest!!! I appreciate you guys!
