I had a roof leak only in the porch area, which was surprising because my house was built in 2009. Nick was excellent. He climbed up there and noted that the porch area was built with staples instead of nails. He was able to replace the porch area only, which was a huge savings. He was concerned that the materials might not match, due to age and new products, however, I honestly can not see any difference.
The company was responsive, professional, and made this repair in a timely manner.

I had a leaking roof and very difficult to have somebody come and fix it in this area. The roof was not that old but placed by people from down the hill who are not familiar with the harsh storms up the mountain. I contacted several roof companies, and I was quite surprised with the professionalism of Copp Roofing from the beginning. Conner whom I called first was very informed, super polite, genuine, and also followed up with the call (deserves a very bright future for this talent and kindness). I had several questions and probably wasn't the easiest customer...However, I was very much impressed with their kindness and professional approach. The roof was replaced and it looks very very nice. They cleaned up everything, and did the entire job very quickly. I highly recommend them.

Copp Roofing is the best! They did two full GAF Solar Re-Roofs for me, one in Diamond Bar and one in Lake Arrowhead CA. They replaced and painted damaged wood, installed a new vent for my heater, installed an awesome new skylight, handled the entire permit process and so much more! The workmanship is amazing, I chose GAF Grand Sequoia for both houses and could not be more pleased with the beauty of the roofs and solar. Yes, the solar panels are beautiful!
Everyone there is so knowledgeable and skilled. From the start of the project to the end I always knew I was in good hands.
Best of all, they were never annoyed with my many questions :-) and believe me I can be very annoying. Many thanks to Conner, Nick, August, Teo, Dillon, Alonso and his entire crew.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Copp Roofing -

We had strong winds a few weeks back - fast forward to the heavy rainfall, I discovered some shingles had blown off and I had a leak in my garage.

Knowing more rain was coming in a few days, I reached out to Copp Roofing and Connor extremely responsive and helpful. They were able to squeeze me in and get things repaired just in time before the next rainfall!

Excellent customer service, excellent communication, excellent work, went above and beyond every chance they had! And no, I had never even met them in person. Everything was done over the phone/email, no joke. They even text! I'm telling you, it was the easiest house upgrade I've ever had done. Did I mention their warranty, on this particular roof line, is EXTREMELY LONG!!

I am beyond picky and am not ever confident in any ones work, because it's usually crap and I would end up having to argue to get whatever it was corrected. BUT NOT WITH COPP ROOFING! 100% Easy Peasy and I'm so grateful it was!

I wanted to add...I'm in Big Bear and I REALLY wanted a Green Roof. Turns out the manufacturer discontinued this color...couldn't believe it! I was SUPER bummed.
Connor, who was the only person I was in contact with (which I loved that it was one person-less confusion) went above and beyond to find it for me and guess what?!?! He found the last of it in Reno and had it shipped down! I was beyond elated as I was sure there was none left. Woohoo! Super Scored!

2 more rad things...in the pictures look at the little roof. I completely forgot I had that little roof that covers the meter and I never talked to Connor about it. When I came up after the job was complete, I was so surprised that they roofed the cute little roof!
The second rad thing is the pipes that stick out of the roof, THEY PAINTED THEM! What the heck?! They painted them to match the roof too! Check out the pics. I was genuinely surprised they were so thoughtful to March that...like shocked haha!
He never even mentioned/bragged that they did either of those things for me, which is such a cool and humble thing! I immediately contacted him to thank him for their awesomeness of course, as well as my pleasant surprise!

Anyway, bottom line...I would use them again and again and appreciate the ridiculously awesome craftsmanship, Customer Service and Perfectly Kind dealings with Connor and his team at Copp Roofing. Luckily for my pocket book, I don't need a roof that often haha!

Alonso and his hard working team did an excellent job.  I really expected a lot of residual follow up like broken fascia and stucco, but it's all tidied up. We have a very steep roof and they handled it with aplomb. It was a pleasure to see their pride in craftsmanship.
Roof looks great and we've gotten lots of compliments from our neighbors.  Even the inspector seemed impressed.

Over a month to get a simple quote for siding job. This is how this company blows you off by making promises. I just wish that Auguste Ceja would have said that my money is not good for enough for them.

We had Copp Roofing replace a shake shingle roof when we purchased our cabin in 2006. They did a wonderful job. Great product, communication and price! Now, 15 years later, I contacted them for a copy of my invoice. Barbie was soo very sweet and spent a lot of time digging it up for me (they don't even have the same computer system). Everyone I have spoke to at this company is very patient and nice. Ohh, and our roof still looks fabulous!
