It appears that this company knows what they could get away with. I highly recommend that you stay away from their roofing company as well as there water proofing company. They installed a designer shingle on my roof, which they didn't finish nor did they installed the proper materials. Needless to say my new roof leaked causing interior damage.
They dont honor their warranty. The owner of the company Marilyn Coopper, is sneaky, and dishonest.

Sadly I have to agree with a lot of the negative reviews on here. Since our home was covered by the warranty and insurance, they weren't getting paid. They put in I'm not getting paid effort. The shingles weren't matched up and looks patched. I was pretty disappointed when I called them back to explain what's going on. I would stay as far away from them as possible. Even further. Like extreme social distancing.

I'm going to start by saying what amazing customer service Cooper roofing has, Marilyn was so patient and answered all question. She sent out two gentlemen to look at my roof. Rick and James are so kind and gave me a great price that beat out all other companies I checked out. In less then a week I had a beautiful new roof. Thank you guys once again!

Cooper roofing service roofed our mobile home last April. The following January we had a leak. I called and they said they would come Monday.No show and no call. I called late Monday they said they would come Tuesday. No show and no call. Wednesday a roofer showed up and sealed about 2 ft of flashing of our approx. 20 ft awning. He said they don't work on awnings. The next strong rain the leak came back. I called again and now they don,t answer the phone . I called for three days and left a message. nothing. What roofer does not seal flashing to an awning. And what business will not answer a phone. In my opinion A VERY BAD ONE. I would not recommend Cooper roofing service.

Terrible roofing company. I called several times about a leak in my roof. I have a two year warranty. All that doesn't matter or nothing was honored. They won't return my calls. Horrible customer service and unprofessional. Amateurs at best. Run as fast as you can!

Just had some roof work done and am very impressed by their efficient and quality work. Customer service went above and beyond others, and I know because I work in the construction and home improvement industry.

We will definitely be using Cooper Roofing again and I'll be referring them to all my friends and family.

Extremely unprofessional! I called 5-6 times trying to set up an appointment to have my roof checked. Ever time I talked to the lady, she said she would check with her technician and call me back to confirm date and time. Never did. Wich is OK. I always call her to follow up. Same thing over and over again every time I called her. She just wouldn't tell me when or if she can send her people come to look. And the last time I called her try to get an answer, she asked me to hold then completely ignored me. I was able to hear everything while I was waiting. She was babysitting, I was able to hear the conversation she had with a toddler. After 30 minutes of waiting, I finally hung up. Then I called her back right away. But the line was busy, and it stayed busy for the rest of the afternoon. Very bad experience.

A gentleman Rick came out on time, review the roof ( very professional and knowledgeable) and said the repair can be done tomorrow. Took pictures of the damaged area for us to see and forward them to my email for keeps.

He prepared the roof the following day and was done. Very professional and been doing the work for many years, I would defiantly use them again.
