My elderly parents had a rain leak due to all the rain and the fact that the house is as old or older than them. They sent someone out on Sunday afternoon, took them about an hour, did NOT require payment at the time of services and fixed the problem. The two workers were polite and courteous and seemed to know exactly what to do to 'waterproof' and stop the leaking. We will have to look at a more permanent solution and I will definitely go back to them and request an estimate. The person on call at the office was very polite even when I ended up calling her personal cell because the local business phone and the national business phone were ringing busy.
