We had been contemplating a Foam Roof System for some time. After the summer and the heavy rains in 2019, especially here in Valley Center, we knew our 25 year old flat tar and gravel roof was done! We called Cool-Roof Systems and Will, who ultimately was our Project Manager, came out to walk the roof and give us a quote. My husband a retired Contractor/Builder, had every question imaginable ready for him! However, Will understood exactly what his/our concerns were, was able to answer all the questions plus give us confidence in Cool-Roof Systems application and product. Will is a major asset at Cool-Roof Systems, I must say! At the time we signed the contract our wait time was 4-6 weeks. However, due to one of their jobs postponing, we got a call from Will, and our job bumped up to less than 2 weeks from signing. The crew, Joe, Kevin and Wiley were fantastic. They not only worked very hard, we could tell they were a team, as they worked so well together. Joe always kept us updated on the day to day progress and what to expect. This crew was very professional, conscientious and polite! We were very impressed and happy with their work, work ethic and the great job they did! Honestly, it was nice to have them here everyday of that week!

Needed a Commercial Dock filled with Foam. Will (Project Manager) came out in late February for an estimate. We had to call him repeatedly to get the quote. It's mid-May and after two days, a week and a half apart, we finally got it foamed. They had several problems with their material suppliers which slowed the job up by weeks. They would schedule a return date and then not show-up or call us to tell us they weren't going to show-up? When we called them, they said they had not received the material.
Anyways, the guys on the job were great. The Job is finally done. Just need to improve their customer service skills a bit! Maybe their Roofing Operation is more dialed in?

Just completed the ""Spray Foam Roofing"" on my flat roof. For the last few years I have had problems with leaking and the rooms below the flat roof were either really hot in the summer or extremely cold in the winter.

""Spray Foam"" is the best product I have found to fix leaky roofs! I'm ready for my first rain! The roof is guaranteed against leaks for 10 years and they will come out and check the product is holding up as a courtesy a year or two later.

The estimate is very detailed as to the process and when the staff found some additional rotted wood under the original roofing material, it was replaced without any extra charges. How often do you find that these days?!

Mike Runyon is the project manager and his staff (Chico) were very professional, courteous, had great communication skills, and there was never a mess during or after the job. They also showed up on time every day.

If you are thinking about redoing a flat roof ""Spray Foam Roofing"" is the answer.
