This is the only roofing company for me! The owner is so conscientious about his work. Spotted some other problem I didn't know about. He re-shingled the decaying roof spine first. Then he had to come all the way back to fix the actual place where the tree branch hit after he'd finished, as we later discovered, when the old wallboard was pulled down, after last winters many storms. He came back , fixed that mystery hole, too, so pleasantly. He even blew all the leaves off of the roof. Contraries is the only kind of roofing company I want to deal with.

I cannot say enough great things about Sal, and his roofing company. He's professional, reliable, has great roofing expertise, and is reasonably priced.
I have a multi building property. I first called Contreras Roofing when I had a leak around a skylight that several attempts at wet patch repair did not fix. Sal came out to look at it, quoted a very reasonble price, and came out the next dry day to fix it. And fix it perfectly he did.
About a week after that our main building, our house, started having severe leaks at the juncture of an extension roof to the house. Our living room is under this extension roof, and we had multiple pails catching water. We called Sal. He came out the day we called, diagnosed the problem, and attempted a wet patch repair, in the rain. Although this improved the situation, we still had leaking. Sal explained the reason for the issue, and quoted a reasonable price for a proper repair. Since the roof had been there for 30+ years, we asked how much more it would cost to replace the entire roof, including the extension roof. His price was incredibly reasonable, and he agreed to come out right away since we were going to have a 2 day rain interruption, to install a new roof. He did a beautiful job, including replacing, and adding vents we never would have known to ask for, as well as installing special flashing that would channel rain water.
He will always be my go to roofer. In fact I'm scheduling him to replace another roof (the leaking skylight one) this summer. Thanks Sal, to you and your excellent crew.

Got a referral to this roofer from a friend who had used him. When other roofers, during the rain were demanding a $500 fee just to show up (deducted from total bill), Salvador came, immediately found my leak & explained how it could be fixed, & then proceeded to make the repair.

FAST, FRIENDLY, and with a very businesslike approach. TRUSTWORTHY. I have since referred a neighbor to him. . His fee, btw, was less than those demanding $500 without even coming & looking at my roof.

Let me start by saying that we had four quotes. Of them all Salvador Contreras Roofing was the easiest choice them all. I just can't say enough about the entire experience. Salvador and his staff are exceptional professionals of their trade. We added several additional requests last minute and it was met with ""No problem, sure we can do that."" We had a complete re-roof with gutters, skylight and added two solar tubes that we requested to be installed where we had existing light fixtures. He had an electrician come take them out. His gutter man is so talented that he designed and custom fit the downspout to extend away from the house. This included a city permit and replacement of dry rot. I'm impressed that they not only replaced all the existing vents but then painted them to match the house and roof. At the very least give them a call or email them to get a quote. Michelle was super at communicating and getting us pictures of roofing material as well as other houses with roofing color we might like. Once you meet Salvador Contreras you will see what I mean. He is a family man, local to our community and a professional with a whole team that can meet all your roofing needs.

I put off having the roof replaced until it was way overdue. Salvador Contreras had done a great job on a friend's roof and an excellent price so I called. Not only was the price better than other larger companies, his commitment to quality workmanship was over the top. He not only started on the exact day and time he promised, when he encountered rotten wood or material when shingles were removed, he replaced it all at no extra cost. He showed me old issues that could have passed as ""good enough"" for now and explained what he could do to fix them within the same price. He and his crew are very polite and several of his crew had excellent skill in handling the super-steep areas as well as a flat area where he used a new material (to me) called Carlisle TPO...it looks like it will last a century. I couldn't be more pleased with the final look, the way they tidied up the site daily,they ability to always be on time, and their genial style while working around my house. I can't think of a single thing to say that is negative.
