Fransisco the owner of CP's had his worker get up on my two story clay tiled roof to estimate the repairs. His eager worker pointed out the tiles which were slipping and broken. That day I got the estimate, which was right in the ballpark of my other estimates. Fortunately I only needed maintenance. He excepted my negotiating price and on the next day two workers showed up ahead of time. When they were finished for a total of eight hours, I was happily surprised that they fixed more than what we discussed. I found out later by Francisco (the owner) that he instructed them to fix EVERYTHING on my roof, at no additional cost. You gotta love a guy like that, he takes care of his customers needs not just what they want. His workers worked tirelessly until dusk, were punctual and explained the work with photos. This company has heart, you'll love them.
