We had our roof and outside painting done by Luis and the crew in May 2019. Luis talked the talk and walked the walk, or the delivered what he promised. The crew cleaned up the work area on a daily basis, and we didn't have to worry about dirt or trash all over the front or backyard after getting home. Pricing was reasonable, and he honored what was on the contract without any extra charges unless we agreed upon. Luis timely responded to our emails, text messages or phone call which made us feel confident on how the job would be done. Thank you again, Luis!

Luis came recommended to me by someone who had a couple jobs done a few years ago. Happy with the quality of my new roof! Once the work began, the job was done quickly. The workers were very clean and respectful. Any concerns during or after the job was complete were addressed. Final payment wasn't collected until the last bit of clean up was complete. Fair pricing and good guarantee. I would recommend this company to anyone needing roof work. They do great work, so if they have jobs lined up, and you have to wait, it's worth it!!

I am writing this review and Luis and his crew are not even done yet. I am so impressed with this company! Luis and I had a bit of a rough start, because I was impatient and Luis didn't not want to start the roof when there was still a chance of rain. He was right! Once they started working, they did not stop. Luis keeps sending me pictures of the work they are doing above my head while I am in bed with a bad flu. Every day, when they leave, my yard is cleaned. Very responsive, a fair price, quality work, and professional workers, if you need a new roof....call Luis! He will help you out!

Luis and his crew are amazing and really helped my family out when a leak sprang from our roof during the downpour we're receiving in SoCal.

My wife and I noticed heavily soaked carpeting in my daughter's closet and mold growing at the base board. No traces of water or water spots higher up in the wall or on the ceiling.

After investigation by a skillful remediation team at EHS (read my review there) led by Cory, water found it's way from the roof and down the outer inside wall and was getting soaked up by the insulation between the wall and drained out to the bottom of the floor board. A roofer was needed immediately and more rain was on its way. I received several recommendations, but I was really happy to have stumbled upon Luis and Consumer Services Team through a trustworthy referral.

Luis was professional and gave me a thorough rundown and inspection. Even though he had many other appointments with clients, he made sure that everyone was taken care of. Luis' onsite team was also respectful, empathetic, and true professionals in ensuring a job done right. This was great because the roofers we had before (Rescue Roofer I believe) were the reason why we had this problem in the first place. Those guys didn't even stand by their guarantee after I reached out about the problem (we had that same roof area ""fixed"" only just 2 months ago - really upset at Eric and Rescue Roofer and how they do business - I just poured money down the drain there; I also found out they used cheap material when they emphasized they wouldn't!)

As far as Luis and his team at Consumer Services, my wife and I and our kids are really happy with the work Luis and his crew did. We're sleeping tonight with a justified peace of mind and I know I will reach out to Luis for any future roofing needs.

I hate calling contractors, they are notorious for being unreliabile. Called to get an estimate. I was asked to provide my contact information and that I would get a call back. A couple of days went by still no call back. It is the first sign to run away!

I have a beautiful new roof thanks to Luis. He is truly a professional and honest man. His crew was awesome. They worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. Luis made me feel comfortable giving me daily updates on the work scheduled and he always showed up at the job reviewing with the workers. He also sent pictures to me that were taken on top of roof of the work, start to finish, which I really appreciate. Luis just finished up my roof which was in sad shape. He was the last of about 7 estimates I received. I knew what the price was going to range based upon all the other estimates. I wasn't expecting any difference or lower price. Luis walked the roof with me and gave me some recommendations not over adding on any items. He was honest and really told me the condition of my roof and what it needed for replacement. His estimate was about $1500-$2000 under the other people I tried. I was amazed as to his honesty and professionalism. He gave me a time frame of about 3-4 weeks out, but was able to start a week earlier. His crew was awesome. They were always letting myself and my wife know what was happening each day from rip off the replacement. They were very clean and organized, made sure they cleaned up and kept my yard area clean of debris. The roof was installed and I cannot be happier with the result. I would totally recommend Luis and his team again. They were amazing. Roofing is not a science. They pretty much use all the same material, conduct the rip off the same and re-install a new one. Its tough to find someone who is going to give you the honesty in their work these days, but Luis does. He never under promised anything and didn't try to sell me on stuff I didn't need. They are awesome. I wish they were auto mechanics.
