We were referred to Luis by a family member who uses CSR for many big complex projects for the property management company she works for. I specifically asked for a recommendation for an honest and professional roofer, and not only did Luis meet those characteristics, he went far and beyond in his professionalism and attention to detail with our roofing project on our home. He thoroughly discussed our material options with us and also gave us a great and permanent design solution to a flat roof where water was ponding. He graciously included some extra touches, at no cost, that were functionally needed but absent on our old roof, and others that just made the roof better than what we were expecting! He is very competitively priced being a fully licensed/insured contractor and delivers an absolutely high quality product with great professionalism through and through. His communication and responsiveness are just top notch, something that is unfortunately being lost these days. While there is still a small detail to handle on my job, I am so impressed with his company's work that I am posting my review now, knowing full well he is going to come through and take care of it for us. He is definitely a diamond in the contractor industry!

Getting a new roof is never an easy project. Deciding what type of material and finding a roofer within your price range can be quite challenging. That is why I felt I was so fortunate to meet Luis and use Consumer Services. I got a number of bids and felt that he was the most competitive with what he offered. Luis is very knowledgeable and has been in the industry for over 25 years and his experience shows. I was amazed at how quickly his team was able to strip, repair, and then replace my old roof. Throughout the whole process Luis kept me informed of what was happening even if he wasn't onsite that day. His crew never stopped working. The only thing that temporarily slowed them down was rain on one day. I was concerned because they had just taken the roof off and it was exposed but his employees stayed up there even after dark putting tarp down so it wouldn't get wet.

Luis will take care of everything in the process even getting all of the necessary permits and meeting with the inspectors. This will probably be the last roof I have to replace but if you are in the market for a roofer, please include Luis in your search. He is professional, competively priced, and has a great crew. In fact, he did such a good job that two of my neighbors also had him replace their roofs.

I had CSR to set up a appointment and was contacted by Lusi promptly. I was very impressed with his inspection of my roof it is a two part roof front half being sloped with Spanish clay tiles and the back half is a traditional pitched roof surrounded by a parapet wall with the walls being touchdown and slope shingles.
We walked the roof together in detail and what my options can be for this design.He was very open and insistent that I get multiple estimates and was very adamant on the need for the job to be permitted to protect my investment and my home that no shortcuts were to be taken. After getting several estimates and the lack of time spent with me going over the estimates and not given really any options other than there way or no way and way overpriced My choice was CSR.
The workmanship was outstanding as well as the attention to detail was over the top. No clean up mess whatsoever. Huntington Beach building inspector walked the roof on completion and was very impressed and complementary on the workmanship and quality of materials and was amazed by the back roof touchdown replacement and long with the modified drainage pitch.

Luis and his family of roofers did a great job on my single story 3,000 sf house. It is a complex roof, with 11 skylights, 12 valleys, a tower, and a torch down section. I got 8 estimates and his was the most impressive in terms of cost, material and service. I like that he uses his extended family as his crew and typically does one house at a time. The crew of 3-5 roofers (brothers, nephews, brother in law, etc) did the whole roof in one week and, in a dozen ways, made sure it was a quality job. You could tell they had been working together for 15-20 years and they are in it for the long haul, not just rushing through jobs. An example of Luis' great service was when the roof inspector required checking that we had smoke / CO alarms before passing the roof -- I had still one more alarm to install, but I was not home when the inspector came. Luis was there, grabbed the alarm off the counter, and installed it while the inspector waited, saving us a call back. Luis refused payment for the installation.

When we originally met Luis, we told him we were pretty flexible on timing of the house and he was able to keep in contact with us as to when would be the best time for install the new roof. He was very clear on the options, pricing and timing of the project.

We went with the cool shingles to help during the summer months. Once we gave him the go ahead, his crew was prompt, polite and very knowledgeable. The worked very efficiently and cleaned up every day. They worked with all city inspectors to make sure all was up to code as well. Pretty much the easier construction project I've been apart of.

Overall, great value, professional and timely service. 5 stars!

I met Luis I few years ago, he was giving a roof estimate to my neighbor and I decided to get one as well as he was already doing the measurements for my neighbors roof. Long story short, Luis and his crew didn't disappoint, they did a very clean job at a great price.
Fast forward two years later, I hired Luis to do my parents home as well and same quality work. They were fast, clean and very transparent in the scope of the work. I would definitely recommend Luis to anybody who's looking to have their roof repaired.

Received a few estimates and Consumer was most reasonable and came highly recommended. They didn't disappoint. Once they started , they were very organized and Luis provided video of roof progress work . Just make sure you coordinate relocation of any rooftop equip ahead of time ( aka direct tv satellite dish ) all worked out . Thank you Luis

We had our roof and outside painting done by Luis and the crew in May 2019. Luis talked the talk and walked the walk, or the delivered what he promised. The crew cleaned up the work area on a daily basis, and we didn't have to worry about dirt or trash all over the front or backyard after getting home. Pricing was reasonable, and he honored what was on the contract without any extra charges unless we agreed upon. Luis timely responded to our emails, text messages or phone call which made us feel confident on how the job would be done. Thank you again, Luis!

Luis came recommended to me by someone who had a couple jobs done a few years ago. Happy with the quality of my new roof! Once the work began, the job was done quickly. The workers were very clean and respectful. Any concerns during or after the job was complete were addressed. Final payment wasn't collected until the last bit of clean up was complete. Fair pricing and good guarantee. I would recommend this company to anyone needing roof work. They do great work, so if they have jobs lined up, and you have to wait, it's worth it!!

I am writing this review and Luis and his crew are not even done yet. I am so impressed with this company! Luis and I had a bit of a rough start, because I was impatient and Luis didn't not want to start the roof when there was still a chance of rain. He was right! Once they started working, they did not stop. Luis keeps sending me pictures of the work they are doing above my head while I am in bed with a bad flu. Every day, when they leave, my yard is cleaned. Very responsive, a fair price, quality work, and professional workers, if you need a new roof....call Luis! He will help you out!
