We are glad, and very pleased, that we decided to go with Construction with Style to replace our 25 year old roof. Ben (Basel) was very informative, detailed, professional and personable when discussing our roofing needs. We felt they offered competitive pricing, extra service, extra warranty and a timely start date. They started the roofing project on time and finished within the timeframe stated at the beginning of our discussions. The construction crew was very respectful of our property and did an exceptional job of cleanup. Throughout the construction project Ben followed up with us and the crew as to the progress. We will absolutely consider future projects with Ben and Construction with Style.

My old roof was 3 layers 40 years old which raises a lot of concerns on the leak, decay, weight and of course styles. Ben and his team doing phenomenal job from initial scoping and planning through tracking and execution till beautifully finishing. During our planning, Ben navigates me very detail on all Material: premium single, benefits of adding ridge vent and static roof vent, the customized gutter and down sprouts, describes every step of construction, and transparent with me on the schedule and cost. We've planned this project 1 month in advance. Ben gave me a call one week ahead of actual construction for double confirmation the schedule. He SPECIALLY suggested me the first half day may be a bit noisy because I have baby! His team arrived early in the morning and knocked my door EXACTLY at 7:30am as promised! The team was super professional and efficient. They take away the old 3 layers roof and installed the brand new one including all the additional vents within 3 and a half days! The team was able to figure a customized gutter to fit my old shed unique dimension requirements! Quality, schedule, project management, communication, transparency, cost, everything is fantastic, very glad that having Ben and his team working on the project. I would definitely work with them again on the next remodel work.

Ben spent a lot of time explaining the premium materials and quality of work Construction With Style offers, including the difference of shingle, underlayment and even plywood they use. Ben also provide different options depending on my financial status and project targets so I can choose freely during the project. Ben kept his words on everything he promised, put all details in the contract, and proved me each of them one-by-one. In the end Construction's cost is roughly average among ~ 5 quotes I received, and they offer transparency and premium quality for everything they use and build. I would recommend Construction With Style to my friends expecting premium quality with an average cost and are willing to work with a fast-acting and honest team.

Ben and his team is great. My roof was leaking so I needed a replacement. Ben knocked my door, and we signed the contract on the same day. Their business is relatively new compared to other roof companies and this was a bit concerning in the beginning but I realized this was unnecessary concern after their work was done. They were very professional and cleaned up after daily work was done. Their workmanship is excellent and my new roof looks great now and doesn't leak anymore. The price was fair, and Ben and JC made sure I was satisfied with everything before he considered his job done. I will definitely consider hiring their team again for future projects. If prices is the matter, talk to Ben. He will work it out. Don't hesitate to hire them!

My rental home had a roof leak that needed immediate attention. I contacted construction with style through a Yelp recommendation, and was connected with Ben. He was very responsive to my texts and worked within my budget. The work was done quickly and I was getting updates while the work was getting done. Ben and his crew worked with my tenant and called him to schedule times that worked for him. They sent me all the photos for the work after it was completed. Super professional and clean. Later my tenant mentioned that the toilet plumbing was giving them some issues, so Ben promptly sent his team to check on what needs to be done and it was fixed in a timely manner. Overall, my experience was pleasant with Ben and JC.

Since then JC has helped me install a new roof in my primary home and also convinced me to install sun tunnels that have been a game changer. I am very pleased with the quality of work, execution, timeliness, communication and professionalism.

I am updating the review since Ben has been contacting me to discuss what went wrong and what they can do to fix. It's good that they want to actually do the right thing. Overall their work wasn't bad anyway, it was rather good. Hopefully they will amend their communication style and follow their commitments for future customers.

If you're looking to remodel your house, ask for JC. My house used to be a time machine back to 1980's and JC modernized it. Him and his crews work fast and their work has always been great. Even if there is an issue, you can trust that they will make it right and stand by their work. JC was very creative and helpful when it came to the upgrading of my house and ensured the small details made a big impact. I've heard the horror stories from friends of what it can be like working with contractors but 3 years and 4 projects later, I have only had positive experiences.

As you could tell by my 1 star review on 9-9-23 I was still pretty upset with the final product I received from Construction With Style. We are on a new page today attempting to make things right. Ben has contacted me and his crew has been out several times to resolve issues that I had with their work.
There is more to do so I will update this again and hopefully I will become a Happy Camper as many of you I see are. Update to follow.
