We had a reroof performed on the entire back of the house due
to damage from our Solar system. Our Solar company went of business
so Poco Solar stepped in and coordinated to remove the panels so that Conrad roofing can make all the repairs. Conrad roofing did our roof 30 yrs ago and they are still outstanding. They are very well organized , on time every day and efficient and cleaned the worksite before they left. Not one nail was left on the ground. The quality of workmanship was excellent. All materials were brought in their truck with extra supplies for any unknown damage due to wood rot, You can't go wrong with hiring Conrad roofing. They are the best in the business.!

I have never bought a roof so I didnt know what to expect. The house is 110 years old with a lumpy roof and although I have spent some quality time in the attic I didnt know what might be found under a layer of old shingles over ancient cedar shakes. Removal company got it off and cleaned up real nice so I got up there to see what sort of horrors I might see. Fortunately not the termites I expected but there were a few rafters out of whack, probably from a badly done addition in the 1930s, and some overhang wood in bad shape. I expected either a major construction job would be needed to fix it, or they would just have to bend the new roof over it somehow to conform. They told me they would do what they could but my expectations were pretty low since anything meaningful would create a lot of extra work. When the OSB was down the hump was at least 80% gone which made me very happy to say the least. Roofing went on with a nice ridge vent and all new vents and flashings. Nice work, great communication... As Ethyl Merman would say, who could ask for anything more? Thanks Conrad!

I received a few bids for a new roof on our home. I went with Conrad roofing because their bid was the most competitive and Keith was very knowledgeable and kind about answering all of my questions. The require only a 1K deposit and the rest upon completion. They replaced some termite damaged wood planks and one old gutter fo a reasonable fee. I would highly recommend using this company. The 50 year roof came with a warranty and the company does a 10 year warranty as well. They also pulled the permit and gave me copies of the warranty and permit for my records. I will only be using Conrad roofing in the future. Thank you, Keith, for making the process so quick and easy!

Arranged for an estimate from Keith and he showed up on time, but did not
want to climb up on the short ladder I used and did not even bring a ladder to
look at a two story roof job and said ""I am not coming down (to Mountain View) here to do a second story"" and quickly left. Wish he had told me that before I drove to the job to meet him.
A second roofing contractor arrived about an hour after he left. This gentleman had his own ladder and had no problem with giving me a bid for this 2 story job.

Keith and company were recommended by our realtor, and boy was she right! From start to finish, this was an extremely professional and carefully done job. They removed an old shake roof, repaired termite damage, and installed new Solaris shingles. They blocked up places where the old roof let in rodents. They were even very nice about working on the same site at the same time as our bathroom remodeler. At the end, the city building inspector noted that this was one of the best jobs he'd ever seen. I agree!
