They walked us through the process step by step and were quick to respond when we had questions or concerns. The roofers were considerate of our property and did a great job cleaning up. After noticing how out dated and run down our roof was we decided to find someone to take on the project. I reached out to Conrad Roofing and was able to have them come out and give me an estimate on the cost the same day, they worked with my schedule which was great. Conrad Roofing did an amazing job on the roof of my home and outdoor storage/shed in Keller. We knew of them from the Southlake area and contacted them after we noticed some water spots in the ceilings. Kenneth promptly came out and performed a free inspection that discovered damage to our roof. He provided a very reasonable estimate and got the job done in one day. They did so well we hired them to replace the roof on our outdoor shed and the drywall in our home! They are prompt, polite and do quality work. Highly recommend

I would never get into any business contract with David Conrad of Conrad Roofing. He preyed on my 75 year-old father after the Tornados hit our warehouse buildings in 2019. Two days after the storm, David had my father sign a contract stating he would get the insurance proceeds for all construction work completed. All of David's workers were all day laborers, none were skilled. Secondly, the work they did was horrible, and not to code for commercial building which was what he was supposed to do (1/4"" sheetrock when it should be 1/2"", spotty framing, not level doorways, installed VCT.50 a sq ft when he charged us $5 sq ft, it goes on). We had to hire an attorney to get out of our contract which we then had to overpay him for the crap work he did do and pay a different contractor to go in and tear out the work he did and re-do.

Conrad Roofing did an outstanding job start to finish. Their prices are fair and they worked with my insurance company to ensure I was compensated for all the damage that was done. David and his son are easy to work with and provide a hands-on approach to the work being done. Very happy I went with Conrad Roofing!
